We were told between a certain time, Tyler was there, very efficient, cordial and friendly. We don't all know what is what that is why we call for service. He showed us what to do next time and was very patient with us. Asked what else he could do for us. Shook our hands with "Have a good day. Call us anytime."

Gary was able to come the very next morning from the time I called him and he showed up when he said he would. Although he's a man of few words, he fixed my door problem in a timely fashion. I am pleased with the job he did and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again if I have problems with any of my other units. :)

Fast Service: Two hours after my call to Precision Door, Matt was at our place to replace my failed door opener. Matt soon had the old equipment removed and installed the new opener, rail, and wall controls. This master craftsman tested and tuned the entire door system, even leaving little pigtails on the bit of extra wire on the safety beams and connections at the motor/operator. He patiently explained how to program and use the new gear. A job well done by this very competent Tech.

The vinyl seal on one side of garage door was replaced also had lube and tune up on the door. Very satisfied with the work and quick response. Would like to commend Tyler, he was a very nice and polite young man. Will use Precision Door again.

Had to replace an 18 year old opener and I’m glad I choose precision. Tyler was delightful to work with. He patiently explained everything ( several times-I’m a senior lady). I’m thrilled with the options I now have-exterior keypad, push button in my car, vacation lock. And it’s so quiet!!

Great experience. Got exactly what we wanted without sales pressure. Gary even looked for ways to save us money! Install went well, had one small issue with the wrong hardware showing up, but Gary fixed it ASAP with no hassle! Would definitely use them again!

The whole experience of purchasing new garage doors from start to finish was Excellent!!! From getting an estimate with Lorenzo to working with Gary Lang on ordering exactly the design & style we were happy with. Next came the scheduling for installation with Karen who was the most pleasantest person to talk on the phone with. The installation was done by Mario H and Pat, these two gentlemen were very professional and pleasant individuals that did an awesome job installing my doors. After the installation was completed an emailed invoice along with before and after pictures. Very cool!!! Thank You Precision you folks are Awesome!!! :) :) :)

Easily the best service experience we’ve had in ABQ. When the spring went out on our garage door we thought about replacing anything from just the spring to the whole door, and called Precision for an in-person estimate. Gary was prompt and personable for our consultation, describing our (many!) repair and purchase options with no pressure. Ultimately we decided to replace everything but the door itself. He was able to do the work right then, surprisingly quickly, and he even threw in some new weather stripping at no extra charge. Before leaving he made sure we were both present, to walk us through the safety features and operation of our new opener, remotes and keypad. We're very happy with the replacement, and would recommend Precision to anyone!

We are Louis & Diana Castro and our garage door had broken on a Friday. We had used Precision Garage before so we called and asked if they could come and look and repair our garage door. It was the weekend so we didn't expect to get anyone to fix our garage door, but to our surprise Precision Garage said they would send someone that afternoon. Surprisingly, Lorenzo Herrera showed up that afternoon and gave us an estimate and scheduled a new door and opener for Monday. Mario Herrera and his co-worker arrived at said appointment time and installed a new door and door opener. Both were very professional and thorough and explained and showed us how to use the new system and if we had problems, to call the office. Lorenzo Herrera was the tech that worked on the garage door. He was courteous, friendly and knew what he was doing. A very hard worker! Actually, he had been here once before and I remembered what a good guy he was. He explained exactly what he was doing and I appreciated his honesty when he explained and showed me the problems with my 35 year old garage door and garage door opener so I decided to get a new door and opener. Garage doors are something you expect to work and take for granted- until it doesn't work. Mice chewed through the electrical wire connecting one of the door sensors. When that happened the garage door opener wouldn't work. Precision provided a very competent young man who fixed the problem and put things right. And, this happened the same day I called.

I called late afternoon to schedule an appointment to have a broken spring replaced and was pleasantly surprised to be scheduled the very next day. Ten minutes prior to my appointment window, I received a text from the service tech saying he would be there on time. The text was more than that. It included a brief personal bio and a photo. I thought that was a great idea! Lorenzo Herrera showed up and promptly did the work. He had come out before and it was a pleasure talking with him. Not only was he professional and efficient, he was very friendly in our conversation. I don't often meet people of his genuine nature, so I consider it a blessing when I do.
