Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional and was here in no time and I didn’t have to wait. He fixed the runners on door, fixed the light on motor and code for outside panel. I would definitely recommend Kevin and Precision Door Service!

Precision was recommended to me by a friend that is very picky about home services. So the recommendation alone speaks well of Precision. But when the service person, Tyler, came out to assess and complete the job, I formed my own opinion on this awesome company. I will highly recommend anyone to use them and will use them in the future as well. I was scheduled promptly, Sent a text with Tyler’s picture and introduction before he arrived. He courteously called before he got to my home. He was friendly yet professional. He brought all the supplies needed with him and did an efficient but thorough job. My new garage unit is pleasantly quiet and it came I believe at a fair price. Five stars, a thumbs up and a big thanks to Precision!

Five stars! Fast, efficient, and professional service. Our technician, Tyler Amundson, arrived promptly when our garage door got stuck. He replaced broken and worn parts, checked everything else out, and gave us a reasonable price. Replaced broken spring and worn rollers.

I needed help right away with my 16 year old garage door opener and Precision was able to send Kevin to help us. I decided last minute to have opener changed out rather than trouble shoot the old garage opener. Kevin quickly gave me an acceptable quote and was able to install it that day. The guy that did work was good and it works right but did not explain the bill before he started the work right and at the end said he needed $220.00 for rollers when I have it under warranty so the reality manger had to pay it with his credit card and was not happy and I am upset about it . Should have all been covered if not let people know before you do it .

Precision originally installed my garage door in 1986! Until recently I've had no problems with it. Gary was here to upgrade the springs a year or so ago. Today Lorenzo arrived early - with a warning call! - and was actually done before he was scheduled to arrive! Now that is service. I will certainly call Precision should the need arise again.

My garage door opener would not close, which left me vulnerable. Found Precision in yellow pages. Liked the "live" response and appointment made right then (rather than leaving a voice mail). Technician arrived on time, efficient, and so very helpful. Made recommendations for future possibilities but did not pressure to purchase. My peace of mind now restored.

Precision installed my door originally. I have had very little difficulty with the quality of the door or the installation. Today, the door was not functioning properly. Lorenzo came to my hone, listened to me describe the problem and he knew exactly what to do. Lorenzo was personable and courteous and repaired the malfunction rapidly.
