Garage doors are something you expect to work and take for granted- until it doesn't work. Mice chewed through the electrical wire connecting one of the door sensors. When that happened the garage door opener wouldn't work. Precision provided a very competent young man who fixed the problem and put things right. And, this happened the same day I called.

I called late afternoon to schedule an appointment to have a broken spring replaced and was pleasantly surprised to be scheduled the very next day. I want to say thank you to Lorenzo and Precision for assisting me yesterday in the installation of a new garage door opener. This is the 3rd time I've used precision and the second time with Lorenzo. He is an asset to your organization who is very professional and personable. It was a stressful day since our garage door remote was stolen from my vehicle and safety of my home was first and foremost on my mind. You had Lorenzo out there within less then 2 hours from the time I called. I received a text message when he was just about to my house as well as a phone call. Receiving personal information about our technician in the text is extremely reassuring. When he looked at our 12 + year old opener, he gave us options on how to proceed and in the end, we opted to go new with a system in which we are very satisfied. Lorenzo broke down the work and walked me through the receipt. He showed us how to use the new opener before he left and made sure we were satisfied. Matt Papas did a great job. My system is an older one with vertical extension springs. Matt was able use his stock springs, added S hooks and installed them. The door opener was applying excessive force and he reasoned that it would be better to have the door be heaver to the system and put in lighter springs. The door appears to be working much better overall. Well done!

Called Precision for door repair because they installed the door 2 years ago and I was very happy with their service. I appreciate that they provide info re: the technician they are sending and that the tech calls when they are on their way. The garage door operator needed to be reset after the power to the house had been out for a few hours. Tyler was good to listen to my description of the issue and quickly had the issue solved. He also did a full inspection and tune up. When finished he reviewed his findings and the steps he took to insure that the door is functions optimally. The door is now running as quietly and smoothly as when it was new. I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision. Very prompt, professional and efficient. Thank You!

Kevin came out and serviced our garage doors. He was actually here before the schedule time and was done very quickly.
