Tony did an excellent job. He was professional and a cool dude. I had sent Precision a email on a Saturday and was called that night and PDC set up an appointment for the next day. When Tony arrived I was expecting just a quote but he did the install that day which was a bonus. An hour and a half install and he was able to install a door opener I had already bought another bonus. Anyone I know that has a garage door/opener problem I'm going to refer Precision. Thanks.

This is an excellent company that we have used previously to install a garage door opener. They offer prompt service and professional work. Great customer service from Jeff and Kevin! The whole process was pretty smooth and fast. I called to setup an appointment and Jeff showed up the next day on time and he recommended a replacement garage door. A couple of days later Kevin and Jeff showed up on time again and installed the door. I'm pretty happy with the result and the service. Definitely recommended!

Precision first repaired our old garage door when it broke in 2009 and we chose them to replace that door when it was beyond repair in 2020. Tony Acker, who explained our options and costs, was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. They arrived on time and the same day we called. Kevin and Mario, who installed the door the very next day, were on time, professional, and again very responsive. I can wholeheartedly recommend Precision for garage door replacements or repairs. They're a great company!

I was totally impressed by the professional service by Jeff this morning. He completely analyzed my problem as a broken spring but further pointed out other necessary service's and repairs that were needed.
