Called to schedule an appointment to have my existing garage door opener checked out. They sent Jeff out same day. He discovered that it needed to be replaced. He carries the units on his truck and was able to install it immediately. Fast worker, very pleasant and respectful. They are also going to replace a door panel for me. It does have to be ordered (special size) but that is ok. I would recommend this company anytime.

I recently moved to ABQ. The spring on my garage door broke last night and I was able to call and get an appointment right away. I was given a window for an appointment between 12 and 2 and the tech showed up right away. He explained everything that needed to be done, even replaced the old rollers on the door. Fast Service: Two hours after my call to Precision Door, Matt was at our place to replace my failed door opener. Matt soon had the old equipment removed and installed the new opener, rail, and wall controls. This master craftsman tested and tuned the entire door system, even leaving little pigtails on the bit of extra wire on the safety beams and connections at the motor/operator. He patiently explained how to program and use the new gear. A job well done by this very competent Tech.

Easily the best service experience we’ve had in ABQ. When the spring went out on our garage door we thought about replacing anything from just the spring to the whole door, and called Precision for an in-person estimate. Gary was prompt and personable for our consultation, describing our (many!) repair and purchase options with no pressure. Ultimately we decided to replace everything but the door itself. He was able to do the work right then, surprisingly quickly, and he even threw in some new weather stripping at no extra charge. Before leaving he made sure we were both present, to walk us through the safety features and operation of our new opener, remotes and keypad. We're very happy with the replacement, and would recommend Precision to anyone!

We are Louis & Diana Castro and our garage door had broken on a Friday. We had used Precision Garage before so we called and asked if they could come and look and repair our garage door. It was the weekend so we didn't expect to get anyone to fix our garage door, but to our surprise Precision Garage said they would send someone that afternoon.
