Based on a great experience with Precision at previous house we asked them to come to see our current doors which we expected to replace. Kevin felt the doors were fine but recommended repairs to springs, rollers and new openers. Still a big expense but I appreciated there was no up-sell. He was very personable and helpful and got the work done professionally then and there in about 3 hours. Two problems. Dirty fingerprints were left on everything! The doors still had more snap crackle pop than I would have hoped but I have to admit they are 12 year old doors and tracks. But I think a little more attention to adjustments might have helped.

Not happy repair guy showed up I opened my garage he heard the squeaking and said it was from the rollers and we would need to replace them that was the only way to stop the squeaking. The garage door did not squeak before the first repair man Cory was here last Friday he said everything was good no issues. To have it to start squeaking two days later. Door is still squeaking and I am not replacing the rollers when they are still in good work order

Really appreciated the same day service, since the door was jammed and could not be opened by hand. Jeff came on time and wearing a face mask and did everything, including payment with no contact--which at this time is also really appreciated. He converted the old-fashioned springs and pulleys to a torsion bar spring in a really neat, clean, expert installation. Very pleased with the result.

We are totally happy with our install of a new garage door and opener. We got ourselves in a pickle with our 38 year old garage door and got our cars locked in the garage. We called Precision and Tony Acker came out the same day. We were able to get a new install scheduled within days. On the day of install, Mario and Kevin came out at 8:30 and were finished by 10:30. Tyler installed insulation and weather strip on my west facing double garage door. The product is locally made. Sections of insulation were fitted to each segment of the door and new weather strip all around. He also adjusted springs, lubricated the door and adjusted the door fit to eliminate gaps.
