Great customer service from Jeff and Kevin! The whole process was pretty smooth and fast. I called to setup an appointment and Jeff showed up the next day on time and he recommended a replacement garage door. A couple of days later Kevin and Jeff showed up on time again and installed the door. I'm pretty happy with the result and the service. Definitely recommended!

I called Precision at 9AM on a Saturday and the technician named Tyler was dispatched to arrive between 10 and 12 noon. Tyler called requesting early arrival! I showed him the dilapidated mess of a 1980's garage door I needed fixed. Within 20 minutes Tyler had an estimate completed, stating that he could complete the job in 2 to 2 1/5 hours today including rehabbing the door, new opener, new rollers and new springs.
