I am very happy with the service provided by PDS. My call was answered very fast and the work was done perfectly. I called Precision at 9AM on a Saturday and the technician named Tyler was dispatched to arrive between 10 and 12 noon. Tyler called requesting early arrival! I showed him the dilapidated mess of a 1980's garage door I needed fixed. Within 20 minutes Tyler had an estimate completed, stating that he could complete the job in 2 to 2 1/5 hours today including rehabbing the door, new opener, new rollers and new springs.
