I will not EVER use any other garage door company than Precision. Tony was here two hours early, which is AWESOME, and fixed brackets that were coming off my door and not obviously allowing the door to open. Works like new. Took Tony no time to safety check and fix, and prices were great! He even changed our light bulb in the opener. Use them. You will be happy you did!!

Each crew member who works at Precision is fantastic. Today, for instance, Jeff stayed for hours working with me to find the best solution to our old and tricky door. It was hot in the garage but he remained cheerful and patient.

From the time when we called Precision Door after the spring broke ad we could not open and my wife's care was stuck in the Garage and the Technician arrived was approximately three hours. The technician took less than 1/2 an to fix the and then less than 1/2 hour to replace all the moving parts. We had purchased the door over ten years ago and the parts needed replacing. Everyone we talked to were very nice and the technician was well trained and was very knowledgeable and efficient beside being very pleasant and polite.

It was a terrible feeling to think that our garage door would be open through the night and into the next day. Luckily I called Precision. The service man came early and did a fantastic job! I paid more for after hours but it was worth it!

On May14 2021 I needed service for my garage door which did not close anymore. I was promised that a service person would come at a certain time frame. The young man, Tony, did arrive promptly. After a brief discussion he went to work and repaired the garage door. Tony did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the work and in the timely manner he did it. I'm passing on your companies information to my neighborhood.

Josh and Tyler installed a new garage door and garage door opener at our home. They both worked efficiently and cleaned up any debris. Josh was very informative on setting up the new garage door opener and answered any other questions I presented to him. I give a 4 star rating because the original appt was 1 1/2 hour late. I understand work schedules can get behind due to circumstances.

Precision continues to be our 'go-to" people for our garage door. The technicians show up promptly, are courteous, and even make suggestions on how to save money. This tells me they put the customer first, which is sometimes hard to find. Z. Matttox

Garage door repair can be expensive, so it is important to obtain repair work from a company that is trustworthy and dependable. Precision provided a cost estimate range that help me to make a decision in their favor. They had less costly options that would have repaired my door satisfactorily, but I decided on the one with the lifetime warranty, knowing I could count on Precision if I ever had a problem in the future. The technician who performed the work was thorough in his explanation and was a gentleman. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing repair or replacement of their garage doors.

The technician was very polite &professional. He explained how he would have to replace the springs because they were old & had served their purpose. He also mentioned that all the bearings also needed to be replaced. But he explained it using lay terms that an old lady like me would understand. He was very efficient & completed his task very skillfully & effective. I’m very pleased how it was done in such a short period of time. Mr. Sebastian proved he knew his job.

We were very happy with guy that repaired our garage door. Very friendly and knowledgeable about your equipment. The cost was a surprise for one hours work. But we needed the door to work and it needed to be professionally serviced. What could we do. Thanks for being able to come the day we called. Hope we don't need you folks again. But would gladly refer you.
