Really appreciated the same day service, since the door was jammed and could not be opened by hand. Jeff came on time and wearing a face mask and did everything, including payment with no contact--which at this time is also really appreciated. He converted the old-fashioned springs and pulleys to a torsion bar spring in a really neat, clean, expert installation. Very pleased with the result.

We are totally happy with our install of a new garage door and opener. We got ourselves in a pickle with our 38 year old garage door and got our cars locked in the garage. We called Precision and Tony Acker came out the same day. We were able to get a new install scheduled within days. On the day of install, Mario and Kevin came out at 8:30 and were finished by 10:30. Tony, Mario and Kevin were fast, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Our opener stopped working this morning. I called Precision and they were able to come out within 2 hours. Corey was efficient and knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and gave us various options to resolve our issue. We ended up buying a new garage door opener which he installed quickly. He also greased the various moving parts. Tyler installed insulation and weather strip on my west facing double garage door. The product is locally made. Sections of insulation were fitted to each segment of the door and new weather strip all around. He also adjusted springs, lubricated the door and adjusted the door fit to eliminate gaps. The work was prompt, clean, efficient and reasonably priced. Precision door was very easy to work with. Fast estimate and work. Thank you.

Tony did an excellent job. He was professional and a cool dude. I had sent Precision a email on a Saturday and was called that night and PDC set up an appointment for the next day. When Tony arrived I was expecting just a quote but he did the install that day which was a bonus. An hour and a half install and he was able to install a door opener I had already bought another bonus. Anyone I know that has a garage door/opener problem I'm going to refer Precision. Thanks.
