Have used Precision before for garage door service and had a very good experience. Today Jeff Peres did the repair on my door. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what needed to be done and what it would cost before doing the repair. He worked efficiently and showed me what he had done when he was finished. I appreciate that he has the experience and expertise to do the job right and that he has a sense of humor too! Thank you Jeff and Precision Garage Door for another job well done!

Joe did a great job in repairing my garage door. He arrived earlier then expected, which was nice. He gave me a very fair quote and completed the work in record time. This twenty year old garage door has never worked so well.

Jeff Peres is a Superb Ambassador for Precision Garage Doors. I knew once he arrived at our house that he was a true professional; he was following Covid Protocol, he listened patiently as I explained what our garage door was doing and then he logically followed troubleshooting techniques that corrected our problem with the door. The door is operating better now than when it was first installed. Thank you Precision Doors for sending over Jeff, he is the most professional and knowledgeable technician we have ever had.

The tech guy was very polite and very helpful. He was not just interested in making a quick sell. He was interested in providing the best option for me. Instead of replacing the door, he advised me to get it repaired and the repair work came with a 3 year warranty. I was very happy to go with Precision as doing so I saved hundreds of dollars. Precision is such an appropriate name for a business that dies ace work.

Absolutely excellent service. Our garage motor battery was replaced (it was beeping to let us know it needed changing) and our Precision garage door given routine maintenance. No actual repairs required. The service technician was courteous, efficient, and quick. We’ve been very pleased with our garage door and the excellent service provided by the company.

The need for garage door repair was sudden, and we were at a loos as to which service to call. My call to Precision was made after checking on line for our area, reading the information and seeing that my phone call would be answered by a live person, 24/7. From the initial call to the finished repair, the customer service, was top of the line, and took less than three hours total. Precision is now on our speed dial.

This is the second time I have used Precision to service my garage door. The first time was when I first moved into my home and the garage door was not closing properly. They were able to quickly diagnose my problem (the rails were not in alignment) and corrected it very quickly. This time mice had chewed through the rubber striping at the bottom of the door. Again it was quickly and efficiently repaired. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I loved that they were available to come fix my garage door on the weekend! Because nothing ever breaks during the week. The technician was very courteous, professional and knew what the problem was and how to fix it. And he didn't try to upsell me into a new garage door. I will definitely call Precision again.

My garage door wouldn't open. I called Precision who had installed the door. They were very responsive and sent a technician within a couple of hours. Rudy was great. He found the problem and fixed it. Then he did a thorough inspection. My door is as good as new now.

Belt-drive opener was installed in 2011 & has been mostly trouble free. Strange graphite-looking streak just appeared on the outside center of the overhead door. Tony was dispatched for a look. First impression was something in the rail, but all was dry & no belt chunks or cuts seen. Tony hadn't ever seen a belt problem such as this, then took a good look at the door end of the rail and saw the cause: oil dripping from the center end of one spring. It could be a sealed bearing leak, or possibly Silicon lubricant that had been applied during February's tune-up. After Tony cleaned the oil off the spring and door, we decided to keep watch. If no more oily drips, no problem. If it recurs, then we'll replace the springs.

I had a great experience, start to finish! I scheduled an appointment and one was made available to me within 24 hours of contacting the company. I like getting a photo of the technician and an estimated time. Tony arrived early and solved my problem in 45 minutes total. He gave me price ranges so I could decide what was best for my budget. I will definitely use Precision the next time my garage acts up!

Its just a matter of time before garage door springs go out. For peace of mind I reached out to precision based on an ad on the radio and my neighbor's spring actually going out. Rudy came out and provided a reasonable price for services rendered.
