I chose Precision because of work they did for me in the past. Upon calling for an appointment, I was advised that a technician would be out the same day which was great news. Jeff arrived at my residence within one hour of my initial call to Precision. Jeff conducted a thorough inspection of my garage door and gave me his professional opinion of the repairs he felt were needed. Jeff performed the service in a professional and courteous manner. He asked if I had any questions or concerns during and after the repairs. I was extremely impressed with Jeff’s professionalism and knowledge. I am very happy with the two new openers and the quality of the install. I was surprised that Tony, the installer, was able to install the new units the same day. The Precision Team worked with me all the way through the process of getting an new door up and running. The problems that need attention were remote died and was not working, keypad was mounted on the wrong side of garage, remotes and keypad reprogrammed differently. Weatherseal torn and needed to be replaced. Precision’s tech Tyler A. is an outstanding employee. Besides the fact that he arrived an hour and a half early with permission, it only took him 45 minutes to complete all the tasks I requested. He gave 100% professionalism, completed the all task in a timely manner, and shown polite and appropriate mannerism. Tyler A. ?????????? When I need service again, I’ll absolutely call Precision and request to have Tyler come over to complete any or all repairs. I’ll tell my friends and family to call Precision and to request Tyler.
