I have been been utilizing Precision Garage Door Service since 2013. Every service call has been handled promptly and professionally. Their service representative Joe always walks me through the reasons for every procedure and makes recommendations for repair and replacement parts. The overhaul he did today, after a spring broke (10 years old), restored my door to smooth, quiet operation again with new springs, rollers, cables, and bearings. Very satisfied with their response time and attention to detail. Thank you. Bill

My whole garage door was repaired by Jeff Peres. He showed up on time and was very professional. He explained what was wrong with my garage door and how he was going to fix it. The door works beautifully now and is much quieter. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Precision installed our garage opener and whenever there was an issue (not often) we knew we were in good hands. Tim came out earlier then expected and was absolutely the best guy you could have sent. Explained everything and was so personable that we would ask for him anytime.

Rudy was fantastic. He called about 15 minutes before he got here so we were prepared. Although there is limited space in our garage he was able to remove our old opener and install the new one in a very short period of time. Absolutely a great worker and friendly. Enjoyed watching him work - very methodical - fantastic job.

I was able to replace my lost garage door opener so quickly. they walked me through every step of the way, explained how they programed the new ones, and put up with my endless questions. My unit was an older model, and they were still able to help me. Thank you so much.

Precision dispatched a technician the same day, Saturday, to repair a broken spring. Rudy Vallejos was very personable and professional. He inspected the door (which had never been serviced except for 1 previous spring repair) and noted that the old spring was too large for the door and had been stressing both the door itself and the opener. He provided 3 estimates for necessary and recommended repairs. Rudy essentially replaced all the mechanical parts of the door resulting in the quietest and smoothest operation of this particular door that I have ever experienced. He accomplished the task in slightly over 1 hour and for the exact amount of the estimate. Precision is definitely on my list of go-to vendors and will have my recommendation to friends and neighbors.

The technician noticed several issues in need of correction when he inspected our garage door system (originally installed by Precision in 2015). He completed a total overhaul by upgrading the springs, replacing some worn hinges and rollers, adding additional supports across the inside of the door, and replacing other old components. He also gave instruction on how to properly maintain the system. We appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness and now feel much safer from the work he did.

Jeff Peres arrived at my house, at the scheduled time, to free my vehicle from a captive garage. Jeff immediately noticed the problem, a broken spring on the garage door. After a quick review of the whole situation, he explained to me the options. We settled on a quick, and possibly temporary fix, and he began the work. The garage door and opener were already installed when we purchased the house 21 years ago. The work was completed in a very timely manner. Jeff cleaned up the garage and lubricated the rollers and double checked that everything was working and proceeded to his next appointment. Jeff was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and Precision to anyone needed garage door attention.

Today (3/15/22), I was fortunate to meet a young man on behalf of Percisision Garage Door of Albuquerque. Gary Lang is the technician I am talking about. He is professional, listened to my issues, and went above and beyond to help me. Gary is a bright light that customer service does still exist. Precision Garage Door of Albuquerque is very lucky to have Gary on their team. I would definitely recommend Gary Lang to my family and friends.
