My garage door completely broke. As I was closing it, the tension spring broke, the cables broke and retracted up around the drum, and the rollers bent. Bottom line, could not get the door closed, it was stuck about 3 feet off the ground. I called Precision at 7:00 PM, and they had a tech there (Kevin) within 15 minutes. He spent an hour and half fixing the door, replacing the cables, rollers, brackets, and springs and explaining the process to me. It wasn't cheap, but for emergency after-hours repairs, I felt it was a fair price, and actually better than most of their competitors. Overall, a 5-star experience: fast and friendly service, and problem solved. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again if needed.

I called this comapny & they did not say anyhthing about trip charge. Technician came to my house and he charged me $53.00 for his trip. He wasn’t able to fix my garage door & said he will charge me $53.00 leas if I buy garage door overhead from his company. I didn’t argue with him but thought about leaving review so others are cautious.

Pretty overwhelming to have wind destroy a garage door, and Precision was very responsive. Lorenzo had a cancellation and was able to come almost immediately, and worked very hard to get me the best prices on new garage doors (we have 2 singles and 1 was destroyed) and openers. He was kind and conscientious and was able to get the door open enough to get my car out and then to close and lock it, as broken as the door is. He was able to book installation of new doors for Monday a.m., so I'm very relieved.

I got my new garage door opener a little over a year ago. One evening when I closed the door from the switch, the door went down but then came right back up and did it several times. Fortunately I could close it as far down as about an inch from the ground so no one could get in. The next morning, I called Precision to get it looked at. They got the same gentleman that installed the door at my house by 9:00 a.m. and he quickly re-programmed the door and all was well. There was no charge. Fast, courteous service.
