The technician showed up within the two hour window, fixed the problem with my garage door within minutes, completed a quick annual maintenance check and was on his way. Before contacting Precision Door Service, I read their reviews and was impressed. I also compared them with their competitors. I called to speak with a rep to get more information. Within 24 hours David was out to assess our garage door situation. By the time he finished the job, we had a new garage door opener installed and fully operational, with remote setup and all. He also did a thorough door inspection and repair. I was shocked at how well the garage door opened and closed after the work. It is now almost silent when in motion. It isn’t a new door so this was a welcomed and unexpected change. I would highly recommend them for any garage door related problem. Thanks David!
