So arrived home today (Sunday) and come to find out when I went to close my garage door the two side cables unraveled? I was able to ravel them back but the issue was when will it happen again? So we decided to call prescison which we used about a year ago to do a garage door tune up to come out and check out garage to avoid this again. So needless to say it is a Sunday so we thought maybe Tuesday they can get us in but to come to find out they had us set up and arrived within an hour. The tech was Gary and he actually was the same one we used last year. As always Gary is GREAT not only a good guy personally but an expert tech. He explained everything to us and is so quick but very precise. We want to just say THANK YOU to not only the precision company but Gary.

PDS: I'll give you 5 stars for the wonderful prompt service to my garage door. It was purchased from Overhead Garage Door in December 1987! Gary Lang called and arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. He explained the problems of age and promptly replaced parts to eliminate the "wobble" as the door went up and down. In the end the door moved much more quietly and steadily. And the whole process took just an hour.

David was our technician for a door repair job. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. Thanks to him, we had a good experience to offset an initially stressful day (because of needing the door repair in the first place). We almost called another door repair company initially because we saw their ad first in the phone book, but they were so off-putting on the phone that we kept looking and found Precision next. David was great to work with and we're very appreciative of the professionalism and work ethic of everyone we've interacted with at Precision.
