Gary called to let me know when he was enroute to my house. He arrived early. He gave me several options to repair/replace my opener. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and very professional. I am very pleased with my opener replacement. It is very quiet. The installer was on time, courteous and explained my options. He went over all of the safety features and the accessories, as well as programmed the opener in my vehicle. Five stars for sure!!

PDS: I'll give you 5 stars for the wonderful prompt service to my garage door. It was purchased from Overhead Garage Door in December 1987! Gary Lang called and arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. He explained the problems of age and promptly replaced parts to eliminate the "wobble" as the door went up and down. In the end the door moved much more quietly and steadily. And the whole process took just an hour.

David was our technician for a door repair job. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. Thanks to him, we had a good experience to offset an initially stressful day (because of needing the door repair in the first place). We almost called another door repair company initially because we saw their ad first in the phone book, but they were so off-putting on the phone that we kept looking and found Precision next. Our technician, Gary Lang, was prompt, in fact he was EARLY, very friendly and knowledgeable. He identified multiple problems that a prior company had overlooked. Frayed cable, broken hinges and worn out rollers. He helped us with vehicle remotes that we had been unable to program. Gary provided information on maintenance issues and the best location for the transmitter. I highly recommend Precision and Gary, and would not hesitate to call them again!
