Noticed I had a frayed cable on our garage door. Called Precision on Sunday and they said no extra charge for Sunday. They said Gary could be there between 2 and 4. He called about 1:45 and said he was 10 minutes away. He looked at the door and figured out what was causing the cable to fray. He suggested a overhead spring as it would last. He had it installed in about an hour. The door works great and I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Our garage door springs broke on a Saturday evening, with both cars trapped inside. I called Precision on Sunday morning and Gary came out that afternoon. He was efficient, friendly and got our problem (and some we were unaware of) fixed within an hour! Would recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone needing work on their garage doors.

Technician arrived at the agreed time and perfectly repaired and programed my garage door opener and remotes. By luck on of my springs broke when the tech was at my home - I'm glad it didn't break after he left so that it all got fixed at the same time. Tech did a door service and my door and remotes work better that they did when new. Thank you Precision.

I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Door employees. The company responded to my phone call the same day. The appointment was scheduled for the very next day at a time most convenient for me. The service technician call about 20-30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was polite and very courteous worked diligently and completed the repairs to my utmost satisfaction. One thing I took notice of was the fact that the service technician did not try to sell me any extras. I appreciate that. I will definitely call them again should the need arise. We actually use our garage as a garage, so when our opener broke on a Friday night, I was concerned that it would be out of commission for a while. I called Precision at 10pm on Friday and was able to schedule an appointment for 1pm the next day. Our technician, Ryan, arrived on time and was able to troubleshoot the issue very quickly. The motor on our opener had failed so Ryan started to install a new opener. He also mentioned that our springs were at the end of life and that I should consider having them replaced. After doing some independent research I agreed, so Ryan replaced them as well. The entire installation took less than 3 hours and we are very satisfied with the results. The new opener operates much better than our previous Genie that was 10 years old. I had one little hiccup trying to program the new opener to my Chevy Silverado universal remote, but Gary, another one of Precision's great Techs was able to help me get it working.
