This is a terrific company -- they came out immediately to service the door when I called them. It turned out to be an "operator error" and they didn't charge anything for showing us how to fix the problem and keep the door running ourselves. I highly recommend them!

I called on Sunday night requesting service ASAP as my door was stuck up. The service rep I spoke to said they had sent the on call tech home and could not send anyone until the next day. I pleaded with him that I was concerned about have my door open all night and that the ad says 24 hour service, but he wouldn't help me. Very dissapointing. However, Rudy arrived this morning and was EXCELLENT!! 6+ Stars for Rudy. Negative stars for the telephone rep last night!!

Gary did a fantastic job replacing a broken torsion spring on our garage door. Perhaps, more importantly, he identified and fixed the alignment problems that caused the premature failure of the old spring in the first place. Our door now runs and seals better than it ever has before. Gary was right on time, technically proficient, and very friendly. He was also patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. You know, the service call was priced on the high side especially if you already know the issue. In my case Gary (the tech) that came to my home got an a**hole for a costumer who had just came home to an unexpected quote $$ and a very basic expectation of up and down. Gary recommended what PDS recommends and services. PDS does not repair the door spring system I have due to professional differences in quality assurance and in their recommendation was a replacement of a subpar system that existed in my home. It was initially frustrating and I wasn't cordial with Gary and for that I am personally sorry for that and to him. Gary was professional with me and called his boss where I was able to overhear the conversation and he was on point. He did not sugar coat the scenario to make his boss take his side and when I talked to Craig about my initial dissatisfaction he was clear about his companies stance on quality assurance and offered me a solution to my concerns about the current door spring mechanism and bridged the gap between my needs and their service. I would absolutely recommend Gary and Craig to anyone who asked for my opinion.
