One of the extension springs on my door failed (broke and launched itself across the garage!) and a repair was needed fast. Found Precision on "Google" and called the following day. Gary showed up exactly on time (he called 15 minutes beforehand), assessed the situation and offered a couple of different solutions. We opted for the Torsion Spring Upgrade, which replaced virtually all the moving parts, and included their outstanding warranty. The repairs were done in less than an hour and we now have the quietest and smoothest operating door ever. Gary was throughly professional throughout, and a joy to talk with. He explained everything and answered all our questions. We will absolutely call again when we are ready for our next garage door work. Lorenzo called and asked if he could come early to the appointment, and of course I said yes. I showed him the noise the unit was making. He put some lubricant on the belt, which helped. He tightened the belt, and that eliminated the noise completely. It is now operating like new. Lorenzo got the job done quickly and professionally.

Precision door service was there when I needed them. My spring broke and I needed repair ASAP. I called for an appointment and they had a technician at my house within two hours of the call. Rudy the lead technician was able to replace the broken spring and service my garage door (which needed some care) and complete the job in less than two hours.
