Gary serviced my problem unit. He troubleshot the problem quickly and fixed a loose connection at the control panel that had happened intermittently in the past. Gary actually called about 15min before he arrived (as I'd requested with the operator when I placed the repair order on the phone) AND he actually arrived a bit early. Gary has helped me once before with another problem and, as today, was courteous and fully explained what he found was wrong, how he corrected the problem and mentioned what to look for on the control unit if the problem code(s) reappeared. Only time will tell if this repair with permanently solve the problem, but I believe that it will and have total confidence in Gary's repair. Thanks, Gary

Gary, 1- Call prior to coming to let us know he was enroute. 2- Greeted him at the door, quickly assessed the situation, knew exactly what the issue was and begin repair. 3- His attention to detail was above reproach, knew exactly what to get repaired and also suggested a new keypad, which the current one was not to good. I inquired about a remote, he suggested the one needed and I purchased it. Technicians like Gary on your staff makes it easier to understand what's needed in repairs and you're not lost. I must say I was so impressed with the service and professionalism of My Technician Rudy and of course Precision Over Head Door. I would give you a grade of 10 but your grade scale goes to 5..so 5 it is. From here on Precision Door is who I call. In addition to repair to my garage door opener ..which required two new opener units. Rudy did a routine maintenance on the door. And he did this in record time.
