I must say I was so impressed with the service and professionalism of My Technician Rudy and of course Precision Over Head Door. I would give you a grade of 10 but your grade scale goes to 5..so 5 it is. From here on Precision Door is who I call. In addition to repair to my garage door opener ..which required two new opener units. Rudy did a routine maintenance on the door. And he did this in record time.

I found you on Angie's List last year and booked you for a service call. I was impressed with the technician, the promptness of making an appointment and arriving at the designated time promised. When I had a problem yesterday, I again called you for a service call and was given a very quick appointment. The technician, Lorenzo Herrera was on time, courteous, instructive and very pleasant. I would not hesitate to use your company again for any issue I have with my garage door.

Not very happy because supposedly had a lifetime warranty on my coil spring but they did not honor it because it wasn't in their computer. Probably because the company got bought out a few years ago but I had their sticker which was placed on my door opener which I was told that's all I needed but not so. So I have another guarantee on this one for 600$. I hope it lasts and they honor their guarantee. The installer was very nice.

My garage door stopped working in the middle of the day with my car inside. I called and had a specialist, Rudy, dispatched to my home. Rudy called letting me know he was a few minutes away. Rudy diagnosed the issue right away and gave me accurate details on what needed to be performed as well as the price. Once the repair was complete Rudy assisted me with multiple functions of the garage opener and clicker. Overall excellent service.

I chose Precision based off of a good experience a friend of mine had, using their services to fix her garage door. Ryan was the technician that came out and he was excellent! He called me 15 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way, and once he arrived he was very friendly, honest, and right to the point! He diagnosed my problem as basically needing a new opener all together--the bushings, spring, etc were shot. He let me know what all of my options were and exactly what it would cost if I decided to have him--Precision--install a new belt and opener. He was finished in under an hour and I couldn't be happier with everything! My new opener is so much more efficient, QUIET (replaced the old chain with a Kevlar belt) and works great. It was not a cheap fix/repair by any means, but it had to be done, and if I were to do it again, I would choose Precision to do it!

Ryan was most professional in all aspects of conducting the needed repair of our garage door which had a broken spring, in such a timely manner. We were very impressed with his inspection/repair/lubrication and handling of our required payment. Using the latest technological procedures (Ipad/smartphone) to ensure that we understood all that was needed before agreeing to a price was most admirable.

We had Precision Door replace our garage door in 2007 and was very satisfied with the company. So when the spring broke, etc. of course we called Precision.
