I found Precision on the internet and liked their professional website. I placed a call in the morning and received friendly service and a service time for that morning. My technician called and asked if he could come earlier, which I was really happy about. He came and did an awesome job and was very professional. He took his time to explain what really needed to be done. My door spring was broken, but once he did the maintenance on the door I was amazed at the difference the adjustments did. We had Rudy install new garage door opener, springs, rollers, etc. for existing garage door. The old one was no longer functioning correctly and we decided to go for the entire repair recommended rather than just one or two items and then have it needing further replacements in the future. We purchased the warranty and had all functions fully explained and demonstrated. We are very happy with this experience. In the service performed below, we had more than a repair, since we replaced many parts......springs, rollers, remotes & keypad, belt drive garage door opener. We are happy.
