Gary, 1- Call prior to coming to let us know he was enroute. 2- Greeted him at the door, quickly assessed the situation, knew exactly what the issue was and begin repair. 3- His attention to detail was above reproach, knew exactly what to get repaired and also suggested a new keypad, which the current one was not to good. I inquired about a remote, he suggested the one needed and I purchased it. Technicians like Gary on your staff makes it easier to understand what's needed in repairs and you're not lost. My hats off to Gary, who completed our repair with quality detail and in a timely manner, would recommend him anytime for repairs.

I must say I was so impressed with the service and professionalism of My Technician Rudy and of course Precision Over Head Door. I would give you a grade of 10 but your grade scale goes to 5..so 5 it is. From here on Precision Door is who I call. In addition to repair to my garage door opener ..which required two new opener units. Rudy did a routine maintenance on the door. And he did this in record time.

Not very happy because supposedly had a lifetime warranty on my coil spring but they did not honor it because it wasn't in their computer. Probably because the company got bought out a few years ago but I had their sticker which was placed on my door opener which I was told that's all I needed but not so. So I have another guarantee on this one for 600$. I hope it lasts and they honor their guarantee. The installer was very nice.
