One word, Terrible! The technician said I needed to replace the entire motor/operator at $600 when all I needed was a $35 part. Another company fixed it for $75.
First, let me say I'm glad you got your opener fixed. Our technician diagnosed your issue and the part had failed on your opener rail is one we do not carry. Our technician suggested you could get the part you required the retail chain store where the opener was likely purchased. The opener you had repaired is an inexpensive, low quality opener so the other option our technician offered to you was to replace the your current opener with our belt driven, DC powered motor. You did not choose to replace your opener but at no time did our technician say your current opener could not be repaired. Should the fix you made not last, please feel free to give us a call.

I called Precision Friday afternoon and Rudy, the technician was at my house by 4:30! After inspecting the door, he knew what the problem with my garage door not closing, didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, was very honest and I will definitely call Precision when needed in the future.
