I rate Precision Garage Door 5 Stars. The technicians were friendly and professional. They installed a new garage door and did their work efficiently. I have used this company in the past and have always been pleased with their product and service. I have recommended them to several neighbors on our street who have purchased new doors from them. This company truly deserves a five star rating.

Came home to a garage door that would not open. When I called for an appointment I was told a technician would be dispatched between 4 and 6pm. A few minutes later, shortly after 3pm, I was called by the tech who asked if he could come right away. He arrived at about 3:15 pm and the entire job was completed in under an hour. Both springs, all bearings and door rollers were replaced. He even lubricated the opener screw. I was pleased with the quick response and the efficient service and would recommend Precision to anyone needing a quick response and great service.

I chose Precision because I was impressed by the positive feedback and reviews that were written for each technician. Gary called before arrival and arrived within the time frame scheduled. He was informing about the problems that existed and the work he was about to perform. Gary explained all logical options available for repair and performed the repair very quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with Gary's level of expertese and professionalism. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who has garage door needs. Thank you again Gary. Keep up the good work and give this man a raise!

Fast service and friendly but very pricy!! I only had one broken spring. I was in a hurry and wanted to get my garage door fixed. The technician quoted me several different figures and warranties. He noted that there would be no warranties to just replace the broken spring. I selected the service which he called “life time warranty” for parts and repairs which included 2 springs, rollers and couple of other parts that the technician said that he needed to do the job. It ended up costing $620.00! Was it worth it? Time will tell.

My technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed my issues promptly and didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need for my door to function properly and safely. Honesty goes a long ways in the customer service arena and Craig did awesome. I would highly recommend Craig and this company to my friends and family!

Five stars aren't sufficient to rate Gary. His clarity, friendliness, efficiency, and performance were the best service of any nature I have ever experienced. Future customers are in for a very pleasant surprise when they have Gary for their garage door needs. Ten, ten, ten, ten!!!

Our garage door opening mechanism decided to break on a Saturday evening. We were anxious, as we couldn't even get the garage door to close. I called your phone number, talked to your secretary, and within about an hour your technician (Gary) arrived. He was very courteous, professional and worked hard and efficiently. And he explained to us how everything works. We purchased the package with two new springs, remote controllers, new rollers and hardware, a digital keypad transmitter, and a super quiet belt drive motor--and everything with a lifetime warranty (we like the sound of that). We are very appreciative of your great service and the way you do business. Thank you very much!

Rudy was the service technician who responded to my request for service. He was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem as soon as he walked into the garage. He explained to me quite clearly, what needed to be done and what it would cost. I approved the "fix" and Rudy went to work to fix the problem. When he completed the work the door worked like new. A nice young man.

Craig was fantastic. I needed general contracting work to be done to prepare for the new garage door. He found and coordinated everything with the general contractor (who was also awesome) and everything was done in no time. The whole project went smoothly. The quality of the door, the opener and install is very impressive. Craig was very pleasant and professional and kept great communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.
