Any time your schedule is compromised because of a breakdown, the stress level runs extremely high. Thank you so much for the garage door repair, I thought it was a little too much for fixing a spring but I guess those are your prices. Rudy did explain why it cost as much as it did. He did a great job in putting in a new spring. If someone would ask me if Precision is a good place to call for repairs I would say yes they do good work, and most of all I felt very safe with Rudy and the company. Thank You Addie

Needed to have the rollers replaced; the 12 year old rollers were very, very noisy/squeaky and silicon spray provided only a brief fix. I called around noon and set up an appt for 2 pm - 4 pm. Service tech Will called me earlier than the agreed upon window of time to let me know he was available to come earlier if that would be helpful to me. It was and I appreciated that. He was easy to communicate with and very professional. He installed the new rollers within a matter of minutes. I am a repeat customer, having required Precision Door's assistance back in Nov 2009. Both service appointments went well. I highly recommend these guys and would hire them again!

The service was excellent, and Rudy was quick, friendly, and professional! If I was reviewing his performance alone I'd definitely give a 5 star rating. However, my complaint is with the mark up on parts, while I understand you are a business and need to make money, $189.95 for rollers seems extreme. I looked them up after the fact, and the most expensive set I could find on-line was $59.99, with most sets being in the $20 range.

I had Gary as a technician. He was excellent! Honest with quote. Went above and beyond the expected tasks to make sure my garage door spring was working correctly, my door working correctly and my garage light bulbs were changed. I would greatly recommend him and this company!

Service was fast and thorough. A spring popped late on a Friday night and I needed a full overhaul since all of my door parts were at least 25 years old and showed their age. Rudy, the technician, was excellent. Fast, professional, and very helpful. My door is good as new now. I also appreciated the Saturday service. Highly recommend!!

Rudy came out quickly in the morning and was professional and was able to estimate the damage and order the parts quickly! My garage door broke in the up position and I needed it attended to immediately. My regular garage door person was out of town so I looked in the Yellow Pages and found Precision. The ad said "emergency service" and "24/7". I called and the response was beyond my expectations. Within an hour of my call Will Farmerie was here. Found the problem and replaced the opener. He was done within an hour and explained to me about the workings of the opener. My experience with Precision was one that rates a five stars plus one. I have his card and Precisions sticker by the opener and if I have any problems I will call them or him. Thanks for the excellent work and giving me a sense of peace knowing that did not have to worry about an open garage door.

Craig repaired a garage door at my mother's house on 1/24/14. He called to let me know he was on his way and the repair was done quickly. Instead of needing a new spring, we have a new set of rollers. The 50+ yr old door still looks like new and it no longer squeaks. I appreciated his honesty and will call Precision in the future.

6:30am and the door wouldn't operate. I'd used Precision before for a rental property we own and was familiar and satisfied with their work. The appointment was set at 7am for 8am. Craig arrived and was gone by 9:15. Great service!
