Rudy was more than just knowledgeable in his work. He gave us detailed answers we could understand. He was very pleasant and friendly. He made sure that we were well taken care of. We had a garage door repair done and it was completed in a very timely manner. He explained that the product is of top quality and that it has a life time warranty for what we purchased. He reminded us that if anything happens to the repair to please call immediately so that they can come out and take care of it quickly. By Rudy being so thorough we felt at ease. Fast service, the technician Rudy arrived in just under an hour after I called on a Friday evening. He fixed the problem in about 30 minutes and we were back in business. My husband originally depended on Angie's List and called a competitor who guaranteed quick service...they never returned his call. We thought our door opener needed a quick repair. Unfortunately, that was not the case and although the technician offered to order the broken piece, it became clear that we needed to replace the opener. He was very professional and never pushed the issue. We elected for a certain model and he installed it within an hour. Although we didn't intend to spend the money, we have a high quality product that makes us realize how poorly our previous door opener was functioning, even when it was working "properly". We applaud your company for its quick and professional service. We also want to recognize Max for his personal professionalism and diligence in providing us all the options prior to our purchase.

We appreciated the prompt service call on this past Friday night. We had some repairs done on the garage door springs in Jan. 2013 by your company and they have been doing the job nicely. It was known that the actual door would need to be replaced because of damage to the top panel when the springs gave way and it can crashing down. The Nice technician was Rudy Vallejos.
