My husband originally depended on Angie's List and called a competitor who guaranteed quick service...they never returned his call. We thought our door opener needed a quick repair. Unfortunately, that was not the case and although the technician offered to order the broken piece, it became clear that we needed to replace the opener. He was very professional and never pushed the issue. We elected for a certain model and he installed it within an hour. Although we didn't intend to spend the money, we have a high quality product that makes us realize how poorly our previous door opener was functioning, even when it was working "properly".
