Fast service, the technician Rudy arrived in just under an hour after I called on a Friday evening. He fixed the problem in about 30 minutes and we were back in business. I liked the service, and felt the quick response was great. If I had to list one con, it would be the cost, but it was probably not out of line for an emergency service like this.

My husband originally depended on Angie's List and called a competitor who guaranteed quick service...they never returned his call. We thought our door opener needed a quick repair. Unfortunately, that was not the case and although the technician offered to order the broken piece, it became clear that we needed to replace the opener. He was very professional and never pushed the issue. We elected for a certain model and he installed it within an hour. Although we didn't intend to spend the money, we have a high quality product that makes us realize how poorly our previous door opener was functioning, even when it was working "properly". We applaud your company for its quick and professional service. We also want to recognize Max for his personal professionalism and diligence in providing us all the options prior to our purchase.
