Website had professional look and lots of useful information. Showing pictures of technicians showed pride in employees. Rudy was very thorough in explaining what was broken and what the repair options were. Seemed pretty expensive but the lifetime warranty was what sold me on the complete repair package. Hope you are still in business when it breaks again.

The 1-800 number listed on our Marantec manual suggested we go to their website and find an authorized dealer. You were the 1st on their list. Called at 7:30am and was able to get tech here shortly after 10 am. Appreciated the short time frame as I was unable to get my car out of the garage(I have a heavy garage door). Springs and rollers replaced within 1 1/2 hours.

Your technician /service person came to my home and resolved nothing. They told my wife they didn't have the replacement spring to fix my garage door and that they would send and estimate for a new door.Never heard from them again...so I guess I am going to head over to Lowes or some operation like that and price doors. The service technician with Craig introduced himself, but I forgot his name! (sorry!) He was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgable about the keypad and remotes that they installed. Also looked over the garage door and made recommendations for future, and 'oiled up' the bolts on the door for me! They both did a great job! Thanks also for coming out so quickly!

Gary and Max were very professional and actually arrived early. Gary called prior to arriving. Though the issue was owner caused, they were gracious in not making me feel stupid. I was very pleased with the job these guys did. There was a small misunderstanding with the runners being replaced or fixed, however, the job was taken care of. I wonder with the amount spent to fix vs getting a new door will be worth it, but with a lifetime warranty, I do feel pleased that the door will work correctly. Thank you very much. Hopefully, I wont have to get back in contact in the future, as I was assured that the door is very sturdy.

I found your ad in the Yellow Pages of Dex. I had already checked with two other companies including Sears (the brand name of my garage door opener). Your ad mentioned repair of ALL major brands and listed broken springs, cables, rollers, etc. which to me, meant that you would really try to fix the garage door opener before trying to sell me another one. Another thing that stood out about your ad is that it mentioned, "no extra charge for nights and weekends". Since I work all week, the only time I could schedule an appointment would be evenings or weekends. Your technician, Gary Lang, was very knowledgeable and worked quickly. He gave me three options, but due to the fact that I do not intend on living here for a lifetime, I chose the repair. Gary worked quickly and was done in no time. I called at 9:30 after hitting my garage door. I had to pick my child at my school by 3 and my other child was sleeping. The tech called me at 11 and said he could be at my house in 15 minutes and he was. I thought I need a new door,however the tech said he could fix it with in an hour without any new parts for an affordable price. He said he was not there to sell me anything I did not need. He did finish with in 1 hour and all was perfect without waking up the baby. Awesome service, honest business, expeditious and affordable. I will recommend to everyone I know.
