The reason I chose Precision for my garage door needs is you came out at 10:30 at night when my garage door fell on all my belongings five years ago. No other business did that. It was the service of you coming out, not the cost. Two days later, you fixed the door by a new motor and all mechanics of the door plus a key pad. Because of the virus, the garage is clean and the door needed a tune-up because I can drive my car into the garage! Again, thank you! Tyler Amundson was great servicing the door! Radio ad on house of strauss Door had to be readjusted in order to close properly. Then my opener installed in 2011 not by Precision stopped working correctly. Tech they sent out said module needed replacing claiming the opener was installed in 02. Unfortunately he read the code incorrectly. Since I used up all the money I had the door opener will not be fixed and now is useless to me. So if you are having a new door put in plan on having to replace your opener too. Sorry I even had the door replaced the other one was old but everything worked.

This is an updated review. I was contacted by the owner/office. They were professional and understood that there was a miscommunication. An appt. was set up and the techs came out and fixed the problem quickly. I have been using Precision Overhead garage services for years. I highly recommend this business for all your garage needs. They are always available, to handle emergencies, like the one I had today. (My remote controller was broken and needed to be replaced and Precision took care of that problem for me promptly. All in all, Precision is a good company, they are priced fairly and their workers, from the initial phone consult for help, to the actual technician who responds to your job, are all rated 5 stars in my book. That is why I keep calling them back whenever I have garage related issues.

From what I could see after inspecting the work performed, I felt that the job was of average to good quality. If I could give 3 1/2 that's what it would be. I feel as though the work performed could have been a little better. I had a special request that was approved through the company, but was not performed. The company did refund the charge immediately (which I greatly appreciated) but it was the fact that the request was not performed. The new door that was purchased and much more noisy than the old door that we had. The tech explained that it was because it is un-insulated, but the door we had before was un-insulated as well. According to my significant other, the technicians were very professional and respectful, I on the other hand had a slightly different interaction with the technician the second time we spoke.

Thank you for sending Jeff out to realign the garage door that Kevin installed. Your company stood behind your guarantee. The door now doesn't make the noise that started after a few days. The bottom weather stripping became twisted but Jeff realigned the braces for the tracks so the rollers moved together instead of slightly crooked. I wish that Jeff had been the original installer he seemed much more experienced than Kevin. But I'm sure that with time Kevin will become proficient too.

Called Precision on Saturday morning cause my garage opener had given out. They were able to be here by Saturday afternoon & have a new one installed. Tony checked everything to make sure all was safe & before leaving went over everything with me. Would definitely recommend.
