From what I could see after inspecting the work performed, I felt that the job was of average to good quality. If I could give 3 1/2 that's what it would be. I feel as though the work performed could have been a little better. I had a special request that was approved through the company, but was not performed. The company did refund the charge immediately (which I greatly appreciated) but it was the fact that the request was not performed. The new door that was purchased and much more noisy than the old door that we had. The tech explained that it was because it is un-insulated, but the door we had before was un-insulated as well. According to my significant other, the technicians were very professional and respectful, I on the other hand had a slightly different interaction with the technician the second time we spoke.

Thank you for sending Jeff out to realign the garage door that Kevin installed. Your company stood behind your guarantee. The door now doesn't make the noise that started after a few days. The bottom weather stripping became twisted but Jeff realigned the braces for the tracks so the rollers moved together instead of slightly crooked. I wish that Jeff had been the original installer he seemed much more experienced than Kevin. But I'm sure that with time Kevin will become proficient too.

Called Precision on Saturday morning cause my garage opener had given out. They were able to be here by Saturday afternoon & have a new one installed. Tony checked everything to make sure all was safe & before leaving went over everything with me. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time we've had to call them out for a garage door emergency, and both times they provided quick and efficient same day service. Very fair pricing for parts and labor. Our door is about 35 years old and they have not tried to get us to replace it, they keep it working just fine with new parts and repairs. Your technician, Tyler Amundson, rescued us on this Saturday afternoon. A garage door spring broke and, since both vehicles were inside the garage when it broke, we were essentially marooned - that 18 foot door is too heavy to lift w/o the aid of springs. So, Tyler came and replaced both springs, and gave us a complete door tune-up. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He did a great job and our garage door works perfectly. Thanks Tyler.

I had a remote that quit due to being worn out and called to get a replacement. The young lady that set up my appointment was extremely helpful and gave me an appointment the same afternoon. Tyler called in advance and arrived on the dot. In a half hour I had my new remote and it was programmed into my car. Both garage doors were checked, lubricated and tightened. Very happy with the service and price.
