I would highly recommend Precision. The technician (Tyler) was terrific. He diagnosed several issues we had with an older door and system on our new house. Now, the door is whisper quiet, we have working remotes, and the door has been serviced well. Can’t thank Tyler and Precision enough for their professionalism.

This is the second time we've had to call them out for a garage door emergency, and both times they provided quick and efficient same day service. Very fair pricing for parts and labor. Our door is about 35 years old and they have not tried to get us to replace it, they keep it working just fine with new parts and repairs. When we DO decide to replace it for any reason, we'll definitely call Precision!

Your technician, Tyler Amundson, rescued us on this Saturday afternoon. A garage door spring broke and, since both vehicles were inside the garage when it broke, we were essentially marooned - that 18 foot door is too heavy to lift w/o the aid of springs. So, Tyler came and replaced both springs, and gave us a complete door tune-up. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He did a great job and our garage door works perfectly. Thanks Tyler.

I called Precision late Saturday afternoon, not expecting to have anyone available to come out, and within an hour of my call, Jeff was at our door! He was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. Had us fixed in about an hour. Fantastic service from the call taker to the installer!!! THANK YOU!!

I had a remote that quit due to being worn out and called to get a replacement. The young lady that set up my appointment was extremely helpful and gave me an appointment the same afternoon. Tyler called in advance and arrived on the dot. In a half hour I had my new remote and it was programmed into my car. Both garage doors were checked, lubricated and tightened. Very happy with the service and price.
