The old opener unit in my home was a Precision product, so when I needed service on my door a couple years ago (bottom seal), I called them, and I was very pleased with their work. When the opener finally died this year, I called them back again and had a new unit plus necessary parts installed. The service was prompt, as well as efficiently done; the service technician was professional and knew his product as well as how to do the job.

I tried to put new rollers on my old door myself. Bad idea. I searched on line and found Precision. I called and a very nice lady said they could get to me in about an hour. Gary was here a little before the time and got right to it. He assessed the situation and gave me 3 choices and level they would give. I made my choice and I was impressed at the job he did and the time he did it in. My door now works better than it ever has. Jeff was on time, courteous and professional. He solved the problem with the door not completely opening. He explained all of the issues. The door was no longer in balance. He answered all of my questions about repairs, parts required and costs. He did not try to sell me anything or say that the repairs needed to be done today, only that the repairs would be required at some time. I trusted his judgement and assessment. Jeff changed Drums, Torsion Cables, Rollers, End Bearing Plate Set, Center Bearing Plate and Spring. Jeff was in and out within 45 minutes and I would recommend Jeff to anyone who needed his service

They came when they said they would, with no waiting. They said they would be at my home between 2 and 4 pm. Usually with other companies that means a call at 3:59 and 30 seconds to announce that they will be late, causing uncertainty and frustration. But this guy came at exactly 2 pm. Bravo. Then I got what I was looking for: a tuneup on the big door and a fix on the small door with other options for the future articulated. OFten a repair guy will be put out but this guy stayed calm the whole time, able to multi task my oversight and conversation with his need to focus on the task at hand, without getting bristly, as so many repair people from Albuquerque do. I highly recommend this service, only $59 for a tuneup.

I had contacted Precision Doors after seeing several recommendations from neighbors on the NextDoor app. I am so glad I did. From our estimate with Jeff Peres to our service with Mario Chosa, the entire experience was outstanding. I had a double garage door that needed to be replaced and an automatic opener installed on our single garage. The cost wasn't bad at all, and once Jeff met my boyfriend and found out he was a Veteran he gave us the Veteran Discount in the quote. Today our service appointment was at 1:00pm however just before noon I received a call from Mario asking if he could come early, because he was ready to work. They arrived within 20 minutes later. My boyfriend was highly impressed with Mario and the other technician helping, saying that they were friendly, fast, and informative and went above and beyond expectation. I received the before and after photos and can't wait to come home to my new and updated garage! Thank you so much!!

I used Precision Doors' product and service in the past, and I plan to use their service again to replace old garage doors at my new home. I am not so sure whether it was the owner himself, but it was years ago when my garage door malfunctioned, and he came over to trouble-shoot and fix it. Despite the time he spent, he declined to charge for his visit. Since then, I have been using this company. Trust-worthy people and service.

Precision installed our garage door 3 years ago. One of the end garage door rollers broke off and left the corner of the garage door hanging down. I called Precision and technician Jeffrey came out within an hour and got it fixed, what great service! :)

Very good customer service. Appointment scheduled. Technician on time. Technician very polite but was pushing all the time to replace the whole garage door opener instead of trying to fix mine’s. Tech told me they didn’t have parts to fix my opener. He didn’t even check what was really bad with my opener. Motor, board?? He pointed as an sprocket and I proved to him there was nothing wrong with sprocket and switch mechanism. New Installation was quick but I called for a repair, I was expecting a technician to troubleshoot , determine root cause and propose a repair. BTW, I was not in a hurry for a repair, I could easily wait for a part if needed. I am extremely disappointed that they just wanted to replace the whole thing and of course charge me a lot of money. Please be really careful when you call for a service repair.

Ok...Tyler was Awesome, allowed me time to explain and discuss what was needed. After his inspection he gave me several options, and a way to pay easy for me!!! Didn’t take him long to do the inspection, replaced more than springs...basically over haul of the door n working assembly!! Fast fast fast! Really amazed what a nice, clean thorough job!!!
