I called and got an appointment same day! I hit the jackpot when I got Jeff as the person assigned to our job. Jeff Peres was AWESOME! He carefully explained and patiently answered all my questions on setup of new garage door system. I felt he was fair and honest and would highly recommend after this interaction.

My garage opener was not closing. The service rep determined the problem and reviewed options with me. I decided to have the unit replaced. The service rep installed the motor, a new key pad and movement sensor to turn the lite on and programed two openers for me. He was very efficient and did a great job. I paid a premium price, but I felt it was a good value. Very happy with with the job.

Great Service! Nobody ever EXPECTS a garage door to break but it happens. It's nice to know that I can call @4:45 pm and have a repairman out before 9:30 and done by 10:30 the next morning. Tyler was great and very knowledgably about his job. He told me what needed to be done...he gave me my options with a price on each...and got 'er dun! Again...great service

Precision was recommended by coworkers via quick e-mail. First time with a broken garage (cables, springs, rollers) and would not open once closed. Technician (Kevin) arrived very timely, communicating prior to his arrival. He wore his mask, was very personable and professional, explained what happened, providing cost and repair options to meet our needs and got to work right away. It was clear that Kevin was familiar with the trade. He had the right tools and parts and explained the details of what was repaired upon finishing including warranties, life cycles and preventive maintenance to prolong the life of the moving parts. I wish all technical work was approached like your company. I was very impressed with everything from the phone call to the final service. Outstanding experience. I recommend Precision to local communities and neighbors having issues from routine maintenance to higher technical repairs.

We used Precision today and I am quite pleased with the overall experience. Called this morning around 10 and was greeted by Christine who set up the appointment time b/w 12-2; received a text around 12:15 stating that Tyler Admundson was on his way; received a call from Tyler to confirm the time of his arrival; he was here a little after 12:30; Tyler quickly analyzed the problem and an hour after that, installed our new garage. I would definitely use them again and will refer Precision .

The old opener unit in my home was a Precision product, so when I needed service on my door a couple years ago (bottom seal), I called them, and I was very pleased with their work. Jeff was on time, courteous and professional. He solved the problem with the door not completely opening. He explained all of the issues. The door was no longer in balance. He answered all of my questions about repairs, parts required and costs. He did not try to sell me anything or say that the repairs needed to be done today, only that the repairs would be required at some time. I trusted his judgement and assessment. Jeff changed Drums, Torsion Cables, Rollers, End Bearing Plate Set, Center Bearing Plate and Spring. Jeff was in and out within 45 minutes and I would recommend Jeff to anyone who needed his service
