My garage door jumped the track and the top two panels were hanging in mid air. It also had a cable slip off the pulley on the opposite side. I called Precision based on Yelp reviews. Tyler arrived 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled window. He patiently studied the problem with my door and made some recommendations for the repair He also explained why he made those recommendations. I'm glad I listened to him! i don't have an opener and my garage door was always very hard to lift. Tyler explained that one spring was not sufficient for my size door. He installed two new springs, lubed and adjusted the door. Now I can open it with one hand! Tyler is very knowledgeable, patient and polite. This was by far a much better experience than the one I had from a competitor company.

We love our new garage door opener, it is so quiet and of better quality then what we had. The old one was driven by chain, wore out and the door fell almost hitting me, it was indeed time for a new one. Gilbert arrived and showed me why it was cracking and what was needed to repair and service the garage door. Garage door works better than ever and with the service, I feel comfortable the door will last forever now.

Jeff was awesome! I got the appointment scheduled at 9am, for noon to 2pm, Jeff called at 11:40 to let me know he was on his way, he showed up at 12pm and was finished by 1pm. This company is pure quality! Not sure how they compare in price, but they were worth every penny. No headaches at all, just good service.

When calling, no answer. Someone then called me back and apologized they missed my call and asked if she could still be of service. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professionally. She explained that it would be to my benefit to have a qualified tech do a site visit to provide me with a free estimate. Gilbert came out next day, again, very pleasant to talk with. From initial call to purchase, received everything on a timely manner.

He texted me that he was going to arrive sooner than expected and included his picture in the text for identification. The technician found my problem almost immediately....an optical sensor that had been accidentally moved out of alignment by a trash can. Tyler realigned the sensor and performed minor "tuneup" of the springs and door hinges. This was an extremely efficient discovery of the problem and repair. And now I will be more careful maneuvering my trash can! I am extremely happy with the "silent" garage door I bought from Precision in 2018.
