Kim answered the phone immediately. (Other companies had wrong #s.) Tony arrived exactly on schedule, assessed the problems correctly, and gave me an accurate estimate immediately. It took him 1-1/2 hours to make repairs that will probably last for the next 20 years. The door functioned perfectly and much quieter when fixed properly. 100% pleased!

Great company and I would recommend them to anyone. I had 3 huge overhead doors that need to be replaced at my company, so I gave them a call and they were here the next day. Gary the owner is very responsive and professional, he answer all my questions and send my quotes the next day. I was planning to use them for one door, I ended up replacing three doors. I now have piece of mind that my doors are in great working condition and if anything comes up I have a great company to call that will take care of it. I want to mention the great pricing that came with this. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the bill. for me, Precision provides world class service.

It was late on a Friday when, while backing my pickup into my garage, I hit the vertical section of track with my front tire, bending and knocking it out of alignment. Saturday morning I called Precision and Ashley set me up with an appointment with Joe for that same day. When he arrived Joe quickly assessed the situation and gave me three options with a price for each: 1. Fix my original problem, 2. Replace some high-wear hardware, 3. Replace additional hardware likely to fail at some future date or just as an upgrade to the original hardware that came with the door (neoprene sealed rollers, for instance). I chose #3 and Joe got to work. The finished door was better than new; Quieter than it had ever been and better sealed around the edges to keep some of our NM dust outside. Joe doesn’t waste any time. He’s fast, pays attention to detail and certainly cares about his customers. You can tell when a company is well run and this is one of them. The ladies on the phone were professional, helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome as a customer. Joe answered all my questions and seems to know doors inside and out. Their phone number is right next to the up/down switch for next time!

I was told I would be given a quote for service not a charge for service and they charged a service charge. Nothing was done for the fee charged. Not very professional and a total rip off. I do not recommend.

About 6 years ago I had your company out to fix my garage door. Great guy and he put a sticker above the keypad. So when I needed help again I went back to the sticker. So easy peasy. Once again our Tech was amazing. He gave us a couple options, but we we decided to replace the unit. He was nice, answered our questions and did a great job. Thank you.

Jeff is fantastic! Friendly, easy going, looks "sharp", polite, and extremely knowledgeable. And I really appreciate the photo and bio - what a great idea. And very nice truck - you must take pride in your equipment. Our garage door had stopped closing. Not an emergency but wanted to get it fixed. We had had you do some repairs to the door quite a while ago - not sure what date - the unit has been working so well we didn't need to get your help for a long time. We had your sticker on the wall so I sent a chat note to you at about 4:00 PM Wednesday. Almost immediately I got a note back, offering an appointment for Thursday. (I had expected to wait days for an appointment.) Jeff arrived a little after 8:AM and very quickly diagnosed the problem - the Liftmaster opener no longer had enough torque to work properly. He said it would have to be replaced. And he said the door is OK but suggested having him do an overall maintenance service. AND, he had the parts on his truck and could start immediately! Two hours later we had a maintenance service on the equipment - and a STATE OF THE ART BRAND NEW LIFTMASTER! It has updated capabilities and "bells & whistles" like WiFi capability to connect to my cell phone and a security camera. AND he installed a keypad on the outside of the door jamb! AND, I was pleasantly surprised that even after all this time we are still considered a repeat customer and given "loyal customer" discounts! Oh yeah - the total cost was AMAZING! Much less than I had feared! So thank you Gary for sending Jeff to us and Thank You Jeff for excellent work!

We had Rudy give us an estimate on a premium garage door. Rudy was great. On time, very knowledgeable about the company and the product. A great individual to talk to and one who actually listen to our concerns. It's not Rudy's fault, but we decided to go with another company only because of the financing. Precision was neck and neck with the company we choose. Products were the same and again the only reason we went with the other company is because they financed.

I was told that a technician would arrive between 10:00am and noon and at 10:00am Robert Silva arrived and performed a complete inspection of my garage door and garage door opener. Service person arrived on time, with straightforward and I didn’t find the issues and we reached in a formal agreement on what needed to be done. Primarily both torsion springs were replaced under the lifetime warranty. Appreciated precisions competency and living up to their warranty’s.
