You were first when I searched for garage door service. I am pretty sure a co-worker had mentioned Precision. So I called and glad I did. Excellent service. I had springs replaced and total overhaul. My garage door wheels slipped off the track & the door was hanging by one wheel (over my car) I was very happy that Lorenzo was able to show up a few minutes earlier than expected and took care of my problem quickly. He let me know what he was doing step by step. Thankfully no parts were needed. When he left, it rolled better than when it was new. Very professional and efficient service. Less than 2 hrs and my emergency was a thing of the past. Thank you!

After reading reviews I chose Precision for the service. I was surprised they could come out on Saturday on short notice to service the garage door. It needed a lot. Gary, the tech, was right on time. After looking over the project he made a solid recommendation as to what should be done to restore the door system. He explained everything in detail. He took about 1 1/2 hours to do the work and never slowed down. When finished he went over the door again to make sure all was ok. I was impressed with the response and Gary. I would recommend Precision to anyone who wants a quality job done right the first time. Thanks for making my door great again.

David was amazing! I have two really old single vehicle wood garage doors. He assessed the situation and gave me thorough feedback on each of my options. He was willing to complete service/products for whichever option I chose. I knew I needed to get new doors, and that's the option I chose. There isn't enough room in this comment area to mention all the things David helped me to get situated for the new doors installation (including helping me move my cars and current garage door operator boxes to fit my situation). I purchased a garage door tune-up service through Angie's List after calling Precision Door Service on a Saturday morning. Service was scheduled for that afternoon. Lorenzo, the certified sales technician, was very professional and thorough. During his detailed inspection of the garage door, my husband and I agreed that it would be best to replace the garage door opener, rollers, torsion cables, drums, bearing plates, torsion tube, etc. Lorenzo was able to do that right away. After completing the installation, he inspected everything and showed us how to operate the new opener. He even made sure I could open and close the door manually without any trouble.
