We originally found Precision Garage Door through Angie's List. We have used you three times and had positive experiences every time. A technician was sent to our house the same day we called, they arrived on time, were professional and well trained. The technicians that replaced our garage door and opener on this visit were Ruben and Max. Ruben installed the door and Max the opener.

I can't believe that my door is worse now before spending $180 installing a new rubber bottom strip on my door. My wife was told to call a concrete company to come out and sand the concrete level. It went from a 2" gap to 3 feet long. We are new here and have no idea what to do or who to call. Can anyone help, because Gary had no idea. Tami and Joe Ruth 407-402-0074

Thank you for the feedback and for giving us an opportunity to come out and make things right. After receiving this feedback I personally drove out to the customer's home to make some needed adjustments to the springs, cables and opener settings to ensure a better seal along the garage floor. This job was a bit unique because we replaced the original weatherseal with a Rodent Guard weatherseal. The Rodent Guard weatherseal is very stiff and not easy to work with in situations where there is uneven concrete, but you are correct that it should not be worse after we have done our work. We were able to close this gap with the adjustments I made and the customer was much happier with the outcome than originally communicated. Thank you again for allowing us to come back out to your home and correcting this situation!

I have an oversized double garage door with massive torsion springs. I found Precision while trying to compare repair companies. The reviews were positive and I needed it fixed asap. The serviceman arrived within 3 hours of the call and replaced the springs within the hour. Kind, courteous and efficient. My only issue was when the bill was paid my coupon was not applied. Will use again.

Craig and his team provided superb service, installation and information. My garage door was giving me all kinds of problems so I called Precision. After a couple of visits, Craig and Gary set me up with a new opener and spring system that is phenomenal. I highly recommend them for any issues you may have.

I scheduled a same day appointment (2 hour window) with Gary your service tech, he contacted me 15 mins prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. During our phone conversation, Gary correctly identified the problem. He arrived with all the parts necessary to complete the job. Gary conducted himself in a professional manner, and was very knowledgable answering any questions I had. I was very pleased with the service Gary provided and I would refer Precision Garage Door Service to my friends.

First call was late on Friday night when I had accidently backed into the door damaging it enough that it would not close. Rudy responded quickly, calling me back within 10 minutes to let me know what time he would arrive. He was able to repair the door enough to get it closed and helped me select a replacement door. He showed up at the appointed time to install the replacement and quickly removed the old door and installed the new one. He was friendly and professional at all times.

I want to apologize for any confusion regarding your service call charge. Our call center is instructed to explain that the service fee is for our technician to drive out to the customer's home and perform a very detailed 25-point safety inspection, review this information with the customer, and then determine what, if any, work will be performed. We record each customer call for training purposes and I had an opportunity to listen to your call. I apologize that the call center did not explain that if you decided the estimate to repair was too high that you would still be required to pay the service call charge.

Max was very professional and did not try to take advantage of the situation. My garage door was kicked in during an attempted burglary. He could have easily told me to replace the entire door. Instead, he reinforced my door and it is working great. He saved my $1,000! Thank you Max!!
