We are a Precision Garage door user because of your 5 year warranty. We have had our for about 17 months and it just required to be reprogrammed. Rudy did that and didn't charge me your service was prompt and your people are very knowledgeable. We will not go anywhere else! Thank you for your excellent service.

I had the great opportunity of having Will come to my home to service my garage door. I was rather irate because the previous service man did not address my concerns about the door and did a "quick fix". Will, however, listened to my issues that I was still having. He did a thorough inspection and addressed the problems. He fixed everything that was needed and when he finished, went over all the repairs he had done. He was very courteous and professional. Will is a tremendous asset to the company and deserves to be recognized as a great employee and person. I will continue to be a loyal customer because of my experience with Will.

The technician that came to my home, on SUNDAY (!), was Gary. He called ahead of time, arrived when he said he would, and presented himself in a professional and friendly manner. As he assessed the problems, I could tell he was very knowledgable and efficient as his job. He took time to explain the issues so I would be able to understand and presented the different ways the problems could be fixed. The garage door was installed in May of last year by your company. Exceptional service always. The repairman was on time and had the job done in 10 minutes. The only complaint I have is that the repair cost me. $250.00. I found that a little excessive.

Thank you for your review and I apologize that our pricing seemed a little excessive. The amount you were charged for the off-drum / crash charge, along with our trip charge, are both standard price sheet charges. We have these standard priced items on a laminated price list so we can show this to our customers - giving them the knowledge these are in fact standard prices. A door in the condition that your door was in when our technician arrived, requires that the technician take all remaining tension of the torsion springs, re-set the entire torsion system and rewind the torsion cable around the drum(s), and then rewind the torsion springs and re-balance the door. These steps are dangerous given the tension in the springs and requires both the necessary experience and correct tools to accomplish safely and with lasting results. Again, thank you for your feedback and I hope the explanation above has been helpful.

Will Farmerie was our initial associate who came out on time and gave us an honest estimate of what we needed without trying to over sell anything we didn't need. Ruben came out on time, after calling ahead. I thought it would take him all day to completely replace our old double car garage door and motor by himself, and it only took him about 3 1/2 hours. I can't believe that my door is worse now before spending $180 installing a new rubber bottom strip on my door. My wife was told to call a concrete company to come out and sand the concrete level. Thank you for the feedback and for giving us an opportunity to come out and make things right. After receiving this feedback I personally drove out to the customer's home to make some needed adjustments to the springs, cables and opener settings to ensure a better seal along the garage floor. This job was a bit unique because we replaced the original weatherseal with a Rodent Guard weatherseal. The Rodent Guard weatherseal is very stiff and not easy to work with in situations where there is uneven concrete, but you are correct that it should not be worse after we have done our work. We were able to close this gap with the adjustments I made and the customer was much happier with the outcome than originally communicated. Thank you again for allowing us to come back out to your home and correcting this situation!

I have an oversized double garage door with massive torsion springs. I found Precision while trying to compare repair companies. The reviews were positive and I needed it fixed asap. The serviceman arrived within 3 hours of the call and replaced the springs within the hour. Kind, courteous and efficient. My only issue was when the bill was paid my coupon was not applied. Will use again.

Craig and his team provided superb service, installation and information. My garage door was giving me all kinds of problems so I called Precision. After a couple of visits, Craig and Gary set me up with a new opener and spring system that is phenomenal. I highly recommend them for any issues you may have.
