Our garage door spring broke at 6pm in the evening. Our vehicle was stuck in the garage and we didn't think we would get service until the next day (if we were lucky). I found the website for Precision and saw that they offered evening service at no extra charge. We called and had our garage door fixed by 9pm this evening! Great service, quick follow up and friendly service tech! VERY IMPRESSED!

Rudy was professional,knowledgeable, explained our options and choices thoroughly and repaired the door in record time. Complete garage door overhaul. This included springes, rollers, all new bearings and cables. Also installed new garage door opener with new mounting rail and hook. Added saftey eyes. Garage door would not open with or without a remote. I could not get my car out of the garage. Called the company Saturday morning and got an appointment the same day. The technician called and arrived early. Gary went over the problem and gave me estimates. Said the parts had a lifetime guarantee. I opted for the overhaul and a new door opener. Pricey but well worth it. The door opens and closes quietly now. I am happy. Gary answered all my questions and concerns satisfactorly and in a professional manner. I recommend this company highly.

Discovering our garage door wouldn't open at all, I googled garage door companies in our area. Precision impressed me with their attention to our needs, the promptness of scheduling a same day service appointment, and the follow through. Our service tech called before our scheduled appointment and asked if he could come earlier (perfect). He assessed our problem quickly and said he could get it in complete working order within the hour. And he did! He was thorough, professional, and reliable. Precision far outranked the other companies I'd called.

I really appreciated the prompt service I received. Both of my cars were trapped in the garage. Rudy and his assistant diagnosised the problems and fixed them. They were very pleasant and knew what they were doing.
