My garage door had been acting up for about a week. I finally called Precision, we have been customers since 2007, the office set up a technician to arrive between 6 and 8. Gary arrived at 6:40. He was very informative and willing to explain everything he was doing. He tried to fix the opener before replacing it. Things are working great now.

My garage door was falling off the hinges and I called Precision to come out and see if we could repair it. The estimate they provided gave me 3 options, fix it with minimal repairs, fix it with new parts, or replace the door. Since this was for my grand kids we choose to replace the old and unsafe door. The estimator called and set up an installation for the same day, I was amazed that they were able to do it that quickly. When the installers came they were professional, and quick. They removed the old door and opener and replace it with a new one with safety sensors, new opener, wireless keypad, and 3 car openers. In and Out in less than 3 hours, cleaning as they went. My garage was as clean when they left as it was when they got there. I would definitely use them again.

I used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service once before when one of the springs broke on my garage door. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. This time, however, they were more than amazing. I was an idiot and ran into my garage door on Super Bowl Sunday. I quickly called the number on the sticker that was thoughtfully left in my garage, and someone actually answered the phone. Within twenty minutes a technician, Robert, was at my house. My garage door was fixed to my satisfaction in thirty minutes. I was amazed, and Robert made me feel less like a dolt. The cost was reasonable. Hopefully, I won't back into my garage door again, but if I ever need someone to come and fix my door, I will definitely call Precision.
