I called Precision when I needed my codes changed with my control pad and garage door opener. Last year, Precision installed many new parts to get my garage door working. What I love about the company, is that they can complete the request either the day I call in or the next day! The employees I have dealt with are professional, friendly, and seem like they really want to help with any issues! Lorenzo, the technician that came out to my home recently, had laryngitis, but came out anyway to get my job done! I really appreciated this!! Thank you, again!

Lorenzo started out great by calling and arriving early. He did a review of my problem and examined my door equipment and gave me two options. Once I explained what I wanted done he went right to work and completed the job. He even gave me his card in case we ran into other problems. Overall he did an excellent job and was very courteous and respectful.

I went through Home Advisor to find someone to repair my garage door. I thought it would be a small repair...boy was I wrong! Lorenzo did a complete check on all of the parts, provided a quote and spent 2 hours doing all the work to repair the door/springs. It was a lot more than I had anticipated, but it all has a lifetime warranty now. I am very happy with the thorough and professional work provided!

Excellent response on a Sunday. Came almost immediately, completed job quickly and thoroughly. Price was a bit higher than others, but the warranty is longer and (hopefully) the product is a higher quality and will last longer. Previous set of springs only lasted about four years.

Great service throughout! They answered our phone call on a Sunday within a few minutes of leaving the message. I really didn't expect a phone call back on Sunday much less they had a tech out within an hour and it was fixed less than an hour after that! The tech was friendly and professional!

We called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service this morning and within a couple hours, they had a service person (Ryan) at our door. Prior to Ryan's arrival, I received an email letting me know when he would arrive, and Ryan gave me a call 20 minutes out. Ryan was helpful, knowledgeable and solution-oriented. Much appreciated! Best service ever!! Ryan called before arriving and explained what he was going to do. When finished he showed me the difference between the old rollers and the new ones he had installed. I am a newer resident of New Mexico and have never had a garage door opener (had a barn for horses, but no garage for cars). I will use Precision again and will recommend you to my neighbors.

Our technician was Gary and he was prompt, professional and courteous. He replaced our Genie opener/remotes with the Precision product. He walked us through everything he did to make sure we were satisfied and answered all of our questions. Along with replacing the opener, he installed a remote pad and provided two new remotes. The door runs smooth and quiet now! We are very pleased. Thank you, Gary!

Gary showed up during our scheduled time. I showed him the problem and gave him the background information of what I had done to my garage door over the last few weeks. He basically notified me that he could not repair my door, but did give me all of the information I need to try and have it repaired. He told me exactly what needs to be done and why the problem exists in the first place. He was extremely professional and upfront with his information. If I still can't get the door fixed, I will definitely have Gary come back out to replace the door. After this fix, I will always use Precision to complete my preventative and reactive maintenance for my Garage Door.
