Service response was terrific. Called late in the evening and was able to have service tech come out the next day. My tech Gary was AWESOME! He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the service he was performing. He asked the right questions evaluated our garage door and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Gary reviewed and explained what was going on with our garage door and laid out the options we had. At no point did I ever feel pressure to have Prescision to do the job. The only hesitation I had was the concern on the price, it was more then what I was expecting to pay and was in my budget????.
