I purchased a garage door tune-up on Angie's list. The company was prompt in contacting me to arrange a convenient reservation. The technician arrived well within the two-hour window given me. He was clearly identified (and had been introduced to me by e-mail prior to his arrival). He worked quickly and efficiently and within about twenty minutes had accomplished his work, including resolving an issue we had been having with the door not closing. We will definitely use this company again if we have future issues.

Our tech was Gary, and he arrived early, inspected our aging garage door opener, and recommended two alternatives for fixing the problem. We chose one, and after about an hour of work, it was done.
