I found your ad in the Yellow Pages of Dex. I had already checked with two other companies including Sears (the brand name of my garage door opener). Your ad mentioned repair of ALL major brands and listed broken springs, cables, rollers, etc. which to me, meant that you would really try to fix the garage door opener before trying to sell me another one. Another thing that stood out about your ad is that it mentioned, "no extra charge for nights and weekends". Since I work all week, the only time I could schedule an appointment would be evenings or weekends. Your technician, Gary Lang, was very knowledgeable and worked quickly. He gave me three options, but due to the fact that I do not intend on living here for a lifetime, I chose the repair. Gary worked quickly and was done in no time. I am very happy with the customer service I received both on the phone scheduling the appointment and with the repair service. You have a very good employee in Gary. I hope you know how to appreciate him. Gary, thank you for being honest.

I called at 9:30 after hitting my garage door. I had to pick my child at my school by 3 and my other child was sleeping. The tech called me at 11 and said he could be at my house in 15 minutes and he was. I thought I need a new door,however the tech said he could fix it with in an hour without any new parts for an affordable price. He said he was not there to sell me anything I did not need. He did finish with in 1 hour and all was perfect without waking up the baby. Awesome service, honest business, expeditious and affordable. I will recommend to everyone I know.

Technician arrived soon after I called. Had called Precision because you were the ones who came quickly and replaced the motor when the original quit working. I appreciate prompt service. The only service we required at this time was to lubricate the tracks or whatever.

My garage door malfunctioned right after lunch on a Saturday afternoon and wouldn't open..I pushed the button..and nothing happened. I wanted someone to solve my problem on Saturday, or at worst on Sunday. I didn't want someone with a pickup truck and a few tools. I wanted someone to give me the service...not just for one day...but someone I could count on in the future. I found an ad in the yellow pages and called. Erica answered the phone, and the first thing I asked was "Are you and answering service or is this the real deal?". She answered that she works for the company (I think she owns the company)She sent Gary out, and luckily, I received a call from him and he was able to come out an hour earlier than I had expected (which pleased me). Gary is a true professional and I would enthusiastically recommend him and Precision Garage Doors to my friends and neighbors and anyone else who needs their service.

Excellent service- showed up at 5:40pm (within 1 hour 40 minutes after my request),when estimated time was between 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Very reasonable price, repair completed in less than 1 hour. Service tech had a lot of experience and knowledge. Call center (Melissa) was courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend that you call this company first, I will use them again.

Trevor was a great technician and conducted his business as a total professional. My only concern was not on his part but the person who quoted the $49.50 fee over the phone. Within a minute of him getting out of the truck suddenly the fee jumped to $89, then after replacing the wireless keypad the end total was $129. Your phone agents need to explain these charges more clearly so that customers can make an informed decision.
