My garage door malfunctioned right after lunch on a Saturday afternoon and wouldn't open..I pushed the button..and nothing happened. I wanted someone to solve my problem on Saturday, or at worst on Sunday. I didn't want someone with a pickup truck and a few tools. I wanted someone to give me the service...not just for one day...but someone I could count on in the future. I found an ad in the yellow pages and called. Erica answered the phone, and the first thing I asked was "Are you and answering service or is this the real deal?". She answered that she works for the company (I think she owns the company)She sent Gary out, and luckily, I received a call from him and he was able to come out an hour earlier than I had expected (which pleased me). Gary is a true professional and I would enthusiastically recommend him and Precision Garage Doors to my friends and neighbors and anyone else who needs their service.

Excellent service- showed up at 5:40pm (within 1 hour 40 minutes after my request),when estimated time was between 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Very reasonable price, repair completed in less than 1 hour. Service tech had a lot of experience and knowledge. Call center (Melissa) was courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend that you call this company first, I will use them again.

Trevor was a great technician and conducted his business as a total professional. My only concern was not on his part but the person who quoted the $49.50 fee over the phone. Within a minute of him getting out of the truck suddenly the fee jumped to $89, then after replacing the wireless keypad the end total was $129. Your phone agents need to explain these charges more clearly so that customers can make an informed decision.

My garage door would not close and I called my usual service company for help; regretfully, they are no longer my service company! They had no time to help for a week. I checked the Yellow Pages and found Precision. They came same day; I got a new garage door opener and I couldn't be happier. Technically my old opener was obsolete and I'm happy I replaced it. The new one is quiet and has many great features. The service people were knowledgeable and very easy to work with during the diagnosis and explanation of replacement. Garage doors can't stay open for a week while you wait for service.....call Precision! I did!

Did great work. Just wished the people I spoke with on the phone would help give some pricing on what things cost, even if it is rough. It would have been nice to not be surprised that replacing the springs and rollers on my garage would cost 500.00. Thanks

You are correct to say that it is tough for our customer service persons to estimate pricing, but as you see there is a wide range of solutions to any garage door problem which cannot be diagnosed over the phone.
