Website had professional look and lots of useful information. Showing pictures of technicians showed pride in employees. Rudy was very thorough in explaining what was broken and what the repair options were. Seemed pretty expensive but the lifetime warranty was what sold me on the complete repair package. Hope you are still in business when it breaks again.

The 1-800 number listed on our Marantec manual suggested we go to their website and find an authorized dealer. You were the 1st on their list. Your technician /service person came to my home and resolved nothing. They told my wife they didn't have the replacement spring to fix my garage door and that they would send and estimate for a new door.Never heard from them again...so I guess I am going to head over to Lowes or some operation like that and price doors. The service technician with Craig introduced himself, but I forgot his name! (sorry!) He was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgable about the keypad and remotes that they installed. Also looked over the garage door and made recommendations for future, and 'oiled up' the bolts on the door for me! They both did a great job! Thanks also for coming out so quickly!

Gary and Max were very professional and actually arrived early. Gary called prior to arriving. Though the issue was owner caused, they were gracious in not making me feel stupid. I was very pleased with the job these guys did. There was a small misunderstanding with the runners being replaced or fixed, however, the job was taken care of. I wonder with the amount spent to fix vs getting a new door will be worth it, but with a lifetime warranty, I do feel pleased that the door will work correctly. Thank you very much. Hopefully, I wont have to get back in contact in the future, as I was assured that the door is very sturdy.

Several months ago we had gotten the roller replacement/tune-up special from Angie's List. That service was done well and the tech was skilled and knowlegable, so when one of our springs (30 years old) broke, we went with Precision again. 2 for 2. Same day service. Gary was on time,a little early actually, skilled, knowlegable and had the springs, bearings, cables done in about an hour. With the rollers done a few months ago, the door is quieter and opens more easily than it has in years.
