The service technician with Craig introduced himself, but I forgot his name! (sorry!) He was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgable about the keypad and remotes that they installed. Also looked over the garage door and made recommendations for future, and 'oiled up' the bolts on the door for me! They both did a great job! Thanks also for coming out so quickly!

This was the easiest call I have ever made. A technician was sent the same evening to repair my tension spring that broke. Gary was professional and honest. He gave me two options with no pressure to get my door up an running. I think the price is reasonable for the service I got. I would recommend Precision Door to all my friends and family.

I was very pleased with the job these guys did. There was a small misunderstanding with the runners being replaced or fixed, however, the job was taken care of. I wonder with the amount spent to fix vs getting a new door will be worth it, but with a lifetime warranty, I do feel pleased that the door will work correctly. Thank you very much. Hopefully, I wont have to get back in contact in the future, as I was assured that the door is very sturdy.

Several months ago we had gotten the roller replacement/tune-up special from Angie's List. That service was done well and the tech was skilled and knowlegable, so when one of our springs (30 years old) broke, we went with Precision again. 2 for 2. Same day service. Gary was on time,a little early actually, skilled, knowlegable and had the springs, bearings, cables done in about an hour. With the rollers done a few months ago, the door is quieter and opens more easily than it has in years.

I found your ad in the Yellow Pages of Dex. I had already checked with two other companies including Sears (the brand name of my garage door opener). Your ad mentioned repair of ALL major brands and listed broken springs, cables, rollers, etc. which to me, meant that you would really try to fix the garage door opener before trying to sell me another one. Another thing that stood out about your ad is that it mentioned, "no extra charge for nights and weekends". I called at 9:30 after hitting my garage door. I had to pick my child at my school by 3 and my other child was sleeping. The tech called me at 11 and said he could be at my house in 15 minutes and he was. I thought I need a new door,however the tech said he could fix it with in an hour without any new parts for an affordable price. He said he was not there to sell me anything I did not need. He did finish with in 1 hour and all was perfect without waking up the baby. Awesome service, honest business, expeditious and affordable. I will recommend to everyone I know.
