Such a prompt response to our 7:30am call; Technician Tony was here in less than 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the needed adjustment. Included in the reasonable charge for the service call, he performed a safety inspection and proclaimed the door A-OK. This was the same competent service as the business provided in 2014; we are happy we called Precision again.

We have a single door and a double door. The single door kept throwing the cable on both sides of the door. I called Precision on a Saturday around 10:00 in the morning and got an appointment the same day between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. The tech (Tony) called and said he could be there around 1:30. He came completely equipped with all parts necessary to complete the job. We elected to completely overhaul both doors complete with two new Liftmaster openers. A second tech arrived and they had both doors done by 4:30 that same day! New openers, bearings, springs, cables and rollers all replaced the remaing parts serviced and lubed for both doors. Outstanding customer service, knowledge and professionalism. That said the price was amazingly lower than expected. All that in one call and same day service. Very highly recomended!

He did some surprise maintenance on the wheels and door to make it quieter without me asking or knowing that needed to be done! I do not think you will want to share this review. On 10/4 your techs came by to fix my door opener. They returned on 10/5 because they did not get it right the first time. While here the tech noted that I needed work on my garage door. He said the install was subpar (your son installed the door and opener on 5/18/18). The work was done and I was presented with a bill of $761.89. $300 more than the quote. Clearily you are price gauging. I will not speak poorly of your firm but, if asked by friends, family or neighbors, I will advise them to choose another vendor based on this experience.

I appreciate that your technicians were able to come fix my garage the same day I called. The spring broke and I was unable to open the garage door so my car was trapped inside. The techs were friendly and seemed to do a good job replacing the spring and the bar, bearings, drum, and a strut for reinforcement of the door. It was a lot to fix but now I have new parts and a 5 year warranty. Thank you Precision!

We called to have a tech come out to check the sensors because sometimes when we would try to close the garage door it would all of a sudden for no reason switch and start going back up. Tech Tyler came out the following morning and checked the sensors, one was a bit loose, he also checked the movement of the garage door, it was rattling a bit much so he tightened some things and it made such a difference now when going up and down. Tyler was also a very patient nice young man who answered all my questions.

My garage door jumped the track and the top two panels were hanging in mid air. It also had a cable slip off the pulley on the opposite side. I called Precision based on Yelp reviews. Tyler arrived 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled window. He patiently studied the problem with my door and made some recommendations for the repair He also explained why he made those recommendations. I'm glad I listened to him! i don't have an opener and my garage door was always very hard to lift. Tyler explained that one spring was not sufficient for my size door. He installed two new springs, lubed and adjusted the door. Now I can open it with one hand! Tyler is very knowledgeable, patient and polite. This was by far a much better experience than the one I had from a competitor company.
