Jeff was awesome! I got the appointment scheduled at 9am, for noon to 2pm, Jeff called at 11:40 to let me know he was on his way, he showed up at 12pm and was finished by 1pm. This company is pure quality! Not sure how they compare in price, but they were worth every penny. No headaches at all, just good service.

When calling, no answer. Someone then called me back and apologized they missed my call and asked if she could still be of service. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professionally. She explained that it would be to my benefit to have a qualified tech do a site visit to provide me with a free estimate. Gilbert came out next day, again, very pleasant to talk with. From initial call to purchase, received everything on a timely manner.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Tony Acker of Precision Door Service yesterday. He texted me that he was going to arrive sooner than expected and included his picture in the text for identification. His work was first rate, and fast, with no pressure to purchase upgrades (although I did). He was courteous, explained the work he was preforming and wore a Covid mask throughout the repair. The technician found my problem almost immediately....an optical sensor that had been accidentally moved out of alignment by a trash can. Tyler realigned the sensor and performed minor "tuneup" of the springs and door hinges. This was an extremely efficient discovery of the problem and repair. And now I will be more careful maneuvering my trash can! I am extremely happy with the "silent" garage door I bought from Precision in 2018.

My garage opener was not closing. The service rep determined the problem and reviewed options with me. I decided to have the unit replaced. The service rep installed the motor, a new key pad and movement sensor to turn the lite on and programed two openers for me. He was very efficient and did a great job. I paid a premium price, but I felt it was a good value. Very happy with with the job.

Great Service! Nobody ever EXPECTS a garage door to break but it happens. It's nice to know that I can call @4:45 pm and have a repairman out before 9:30 and done by 10:30 the next morning. Tyler was great and very knowledgably about his job. He told me what needed to be done...he gave me my options with a price on each...and got 'er dun! Again...great service

We are a repeat customer. Back in February, Precision Door replaced the opener on our main garage door. When our second door opener started to fail, we used them again. Tony did a great job replacing our garage door opener on the second door, and programming our remotes so that all can now control both doors independently. Tony followed all pandemic protocols and thoroughly cleaned up the debris after he was done. We are a fully satisfied customer.
