Great Service! Nobody ever EXPECTS a garage door to break but it happens. It's nice to know that I can call @4:45 pm and have a repairman out before 9:30 and done by 10:30 the next morning. We are a repeat customer. Back in February, Precision Door replaced the opener on our main garage door. When our second door opener started to fail, we used them again. Tony did a great job replacing our garage door opener on the second door, and programming our remotes so that all can now control both doors independently. Tony followed all pandemic protocols and thoroughly cleaned up the debris after he was done. We are a fully satisfied customer.

We were very fortunate to have Tyler as our service person. Tyler evaluated our garage door, tracks and motor and explained what he could, and could not, do to adjust the unit. He is very knowledgeable about the repair approach, costs, and availability of replacement parts. He was prompt in answering our questions and did not push for a quick answer nor attempt to direct us in any direction. My wife and I did decide that we desired an upgrade in an insulated door and a quieter operating unit. In addition we will enjoy more peace of mind with a new unit dependability versus the old mechanism that we currently have now.

Precision was recommended by coworkers via quick e-mail. First time with a broken garage (cables, springs, rollers) and would not open once closed. Technician (Kevin) arrived very timely, communicating prior to his arrival. He wore his mask, was very personable and professional, explained what happened, providing cost and repair options to meet our needs and got to work right away. It was clear that Kevin was familiar with the trade. He had the right tools and parts and explained the details of what was repaired upon finishing including warranties, life cycles and preventive maintenance to prolong the life of the moving parts. I wish all technical work was approached like your company. I was very impressed with everything from the phone call to the final service. Outstanding experience. We used Precision today and I am quite pleased with the overall experience. Called this morning around 10 and was greeted by Christine who set up the appointment time b/w 12-2; received a text around 12:15 stating that Tyler Admundson was on his way; received a call from Tyler to confirm the time of his arrival; he was here a little after 12:30; Tyler quickly analyzed the problem and an hour after that, installed our new garage. I would definitely use them again and will refer Precision .

The old opener unit in my home was a Precision product, so when I needed service on my door a couple years ago (bottom seal), I called them, and I was very pleased with their work. When the opener finally died this year, I called them back again and had a new unit plus necessary parts installed.
