I was told I would be given a quote for service not a charge for service and they charged a service charge. Nothing was done for the fee charged. Not very professional and a total rip off. I do not recommend.

About 6 years ago I had your company out to fix my garage door. Great guy and he put a sticker above the keypad. So when I needed help again I went back to the sticker. So easy peasy. Once again our Tech was amazing. He gave us a couple options, but we we decided to replace the unit. He was nice, answered our questions and did a great job. Thank you.

Jeff is fantastic! Friendly, easy going, looks "sharp", polite, and extremely knowledgeable. And I really appreciate the photo and bio - what a great idea. And very nice truck - you must take pride in your equipment. Our garage door had stopped closing. Not an emergency but wanted to get it fixed. We had had you do some repairs to the door quite a while ago - not sure what date - the unit has been working so well we didn't need to get your help for a long time. We had your sticker on the wall so I sent a chat note to you at about 4:00 PM Wednesday. Almost immediately I got a note back, offering an appointment for Thursday. (I had expected to wait days for an appointment.) Jeff arrived a little after 8:AM and very quickly diagnosed the problem - the Liftmaster opener no longer had enough torque to work properly. He said it would have to be replaced. And he said the door is OK but suggested having him do an overall maintenance service. AND, he had the parts on his truck and could start immediately! Two hours later we had a maintenance service on the equipment - and a STATE OF THE ART BRAND NEW LIFTMASTER! It has updated capabilities and "bells & whistles" like WiFi capability to connect to my cell phone and a security camera. AND he installed a keypad on the outside of the door jamb! AND, I was pleasantly surprised that even after all this time we are still considered a repeat customer and given "loyal customer" discounts! Oh yeah - the total cost was AMAZING! Much less than I had feared! So thank you Gary for sending Jeff to us and Thank You Jeff for excellent work!

Tony was very professional and courteous and after his initial inspection he offered a couple choices on repairs needed. He completed all the repairs within two hours and answered all our questions. We had Rudy give us an estimate on a premium garage door. Rudy was great. On time, very knowledgeable about the company and the product. A great individual to talk to and one who actually listen to our concerns. It's not Rudy's fault, but we decided to go with another company only because of the financing.
