The old opener unit in my home was a Precision product, so when I needed service on my door a couple years ago (bottom seal), I called them, and I was very pleased with their work. When the opener finally died this year, I called them back again and had a new unit plus necessary parts installed. Jeff was on time, courteous and professional. He solved the problem with the door not completely opening. He explained all of the issues. The door was no longer in balance. He answered all of my questions about repairs, parts required and costs. He did not try to sell me anything or say that the repairs needed to be done today, only that the repairs would be required at some time. I trusted his judgement and assessment. Jeff changed Drums, Torsion Cables, Rollers, End Bearing Plate Set, Center Bearing Plate and Spring. Jeff was in and out within 45 minutes and I would recommend Jeff to anyone who needed his service

They came when they said they would, with no waiting. They said they would be at my home between 2 and 4 pm. Usually with other companies that means a call at 3:59 and 30 seconds to announce that they will be late, causing uncertainty and frustration. But this guy came at exactly 2 pm. Bravo. Then I got what I was looking for: a tuneup on the big door and a fix on the small door with other options for the future articulated. OFten a repair guy will be put out but this guy stayed calm the whole time, able to multi task my oversight and conversation with his need to focus on the task at hand, without getting bristly, as so many repair people from Albuquerque do. I highly recommend this service, only $59 for a tuneup.

I had contacted Precision Doors after seeing several recommendations from neighbors on the NextDoor app. I am so glad I did. From our estimate with Jeff Peres to our service with Mario Chosa, the entire experience was outstanding. I had a double garage door that needed to be replaced and an automatic opener installed on our single garage. The cost wasn't bad at all, and once Jeff met my boyfriend and found out he was a Veteran he gave us the Veteran Discount in the quote. Today our service appointment was at 1:00pm however just before noon I received a call from Mario asking if he could come early, because he was ready to work. They arrived within 20 minutes later. My boyfriend was highly impressed with Mario and the other technician helping, saying that they were friendly, fast, and informative and went above and beyond expectation. I received the before and after photos and can't wait to come home to my new and updated garage! Thank you so much!!
