Our door is about 35 years old and they have not tried to get us to replace it, they keep it working just fine with new parts and repairs. Your technician, Tyler Amundson, rescued us on this Saturday afternoon. A garage door spring broke and, since both vehicles were inside the garage when it broke, we were essentially marooned - that 18 foot door is too heavy to lift w/o the aid of springs. So, Tyler came and replaced both springs, and gave us a complete door tune-up. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He did a great job and our garage door works perfectly. Thanks Tyler.
