We called to have a tech come out to check the sensors because sometimes when we would try to close the garage door it would all of a sudden for no reason switch and start going back up. Tech Tyler came out the following morning and checked the sensors, one was a bit loose, he also checked the movement of the garage door, it was rattling a bit much so he tightened some things and it made such a difference now when going up and down. Tyler was also a very patient nice young man who answered all my questions.

My garage door jumped the track and the top two panels were hanging in mid air. It also had a cable slip off the pulley on the opposite side. I called Precision based on Yelp reviews. Tyler arrived 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled window. He patiently studied the problem with my door and made some recommendations for the repair He also explained why he made those recommendations. I'm glad I listened to him! i don't have an opener and my garage door was always very hard to lift. Tyler explained that one spring was not sufficient for my size door. He installed two new springs, lubed and adjusted the door. Now I can open it with one hand! Tyler is very knowledgeable, patient and polite. This was by far a much better experience than the one I had from a competitor company.

I am very lucky that I just happened to call this company when I had a broken garage door. My serviceman was Tyler and he was an extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly technician. He not only fixed my garage door that wouldn’t open - he provided me with options to choose from. He was very intelligent in all of the mechanisms that make a garage door operate properly. The technician found my problem almost immediately....an optical sensor that had been accidentally moved out of alignment by a trash can. Tyler realigned the sensor and performed minor "tuneup" of the springs and door hinges. This was an extremely efficient discovery of the problem and repair. And now I will be more careful maneuvering my trash can! I am extremely happy with the "silent" garage door I bought from Precision in 2018.

The technician called 45 minutes in advance, so I knew exactly when he would arrive, he diagnosed the problems within about 10 minutes, then installed two new springs and two new guide wires in about 30 minutes, so the job was completely done in less than an hour. He was also very forthcoming in explaining the process and components of a garage door system, and demonstrated impeccable courtesy throughout. Precision is highly recommended, indeed, as I was very pleased.

Great Service! Nobody ever EXPECTS a garage door to break but it happens. It's nice to know that I can call @4:45 pm and have a repairman out before 9:30 and done by 10:30 the next morning.
