Garage broke on Sunday. Technician came out that afternoon within a two hour call for service. technician was gary. EXCELLENT SERVICE>>> Fees were reasonable and he did the job within one hour. Springs were broken and Garage was pretty beat up. He fixed it and told me how to maintenance it and gave me some estimates for the future if i wanted to upgrade. great service....

I had a garage door installed a few years ago and had great service at that time, so today I called to have a new opener installed. I was quoted a good price and told that they could have it installed that morning. David called to let me know he was on his way and arrived shortly after. He was extremely professional, knowledgable, and performed his job in a timely manner. He then took the time to show me how to use the new opener and all the features of the opener. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any future needs. Excellent products and service!

Gary was very thorough in trouble shooting my garage door which was working on and off. He went above and beyond the required job by replacing a lightbulb in the unit and setting the garage door opener. My garage door wheels slipped off the track & the door was hanging by one wheel (over my car) I was very happy that Lorenzo was able to show up a few minutes earlier than expected and took care of my problem quickly. He let me know what he was doing step by step. Thankfully no parts were needed. When he left, it rolled better than when it was new. Very professional and efficient service. Had a complete overhaul of our 19-year old two-car garage door, which included spring and roller replacement plus reattachment of the cable on one side which had jumped off its spool. Appointment was scheduled for 10am-noon window, but installer Lorenzo had finished a preceding job early and was able to start on my job at about 8:30am. Lorenzo performed the repair professionally and quickly, taking extra time to explain what was done and the recommended future preventative maintenance. He was cordial and made sure all the old parts were picked up and disposed of. Definitely a "five" performance.
