Was having trouble with the safety sensors I purchased on the internet. Gary came out and found I had a broken spring and bad wirings on my sensors. Gave me an estimate and had all the parts he needed on the truck. Completed the work in about an hour. Outstanding job!

There was a need for our garage door repair when we called. Luckily, a technician could be dispatched within a couple of ours. Right on time came the technician and took care of the repair and tune up. The technician was a personable young man who professionally took care of the job quickly. Thank you for the quick response and a job well done.

Amazing service!!! Our garage door broke Friday night and they were out first thing Saturday morning. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and friendly. They have excellent customer service. Kevin was super friendly and knew right away what the problem was. They were able to come out the same week and replace our door. Mario and Kevin did an excellent job!! They called and asked if they could come out before the scheduled time and were done within an hour. I would highly recommend them!! Would give 10+ ??

Technician (Kevin) was right on time. He had called me earlier to see if he could come before my scheduled time but I had a previous commitment. That said, the effort to arrive early was appreciated. I had the 25 point service check performed and added new weather stripping on bottom of garage door. He had everything in is his truck to do the additional work and completed everything very quickly. Kevin was very prompt, courteous and professional. Well done.

Called because I wanted someone in Rio Rancho. Numerous options to choose from. I spoke with a polite call taker who set my appointment. Soon after my tech called and was able to get to my house early. He was great, very friendly, and explained everything. Once he started I let him work but when I checked in he was quick to explain the how and why. Good dude and I would highly recommend.

Precision Door Service replaced rollers, hinges, cables and vinyl stops on our two garage doors. The technicians were on time, very professional and got the job done quickly. It's worth paying that little bit of extra money for competence and on time work. Our experience with this company allows us to give them a 5 star rating and we'd highly recommend their services.
