Gary was very thorough in trouble shooting my garage door which was working on and off. He went above and beyond the required job by replacing a lightbulb in the unit and setting the garage door opener. Hopefully I'll get 3-5 more years out if the motor but if not I would like to request him coming out when I need a replacement. Thank you for excellent service.

My garage door wheels slipped off the track & the door was hanging by one wheel (over my car) I was very happy that Lorenzo was able to show up a few minutes earlier than expected and took care of my problem quickly. Had a complete overhaul of our 19-year old two-car garage door, which included spring and roller replacement plus reattachment of the cable on one side which had jumped off its spool. Appointment was scheduled for 10am-noon window, but installer Lorenzo had finished a preceding job early and was able to start on my job at about 8:30am. Lorenzo performed the repair professionally and quickly, taking extra time to explain what was done and the recommended future preventative maintenance. He was cordial and made sure all the old parts were picked up and disposed of. Definitely a "five" performance.

After reading reviews I chose Precision for the service. I was surprised they could come out on Saturday on short notice to service the garage door. It needed a lot. Gary, the tech, was right on time. After looking over the project he made a solid recommendation as to what should be done to restore the door system. He explained everything in detail. He took about 1 1/2 hours to do the work and never slowed down. When finished he went over the door again to make sure all was ok. I was impressed with the response and Gary. Gary arrived quite promptly, phoned beforehand so we could steer him a bit. He was on track! Got us our 2 additional door openers, while checking out our door operation and the motor etc. We were good to go with our openers, and Gary advised on some timing of maintenance and on what exactly we might run into at some point in the future. No problems at this time though. We were done in probably 20ish minutes, and easy does it!!! Thank you, Margie Farber
