Have been an extremely happy, satisfied customer for over two years. Have replaced a broken overhead opener when we moved into our home. Since, a door replaced, and a door repaired, in last three months. Fantastic customer service ... always extremely prompt, courteous, and professional. Garage broke on Sunday. Technician came out that afternoon within a two hour call for service. technician was gary. EXCELLENT SERVICE>>> Fees were reasonable and he did the job within one hour. Springs were broken and Garage was pretty beat up. He fixed it and told me how to maintenance it and gave me some estimates for the future if i wanted to upgrade. great service....

I had a garage door installed a few years ago and had great service at that time, so today I called to have a new opener installed. I was quoted a good price and told that they could have it installed that morning. David called to let me know he was on his way and arrived shortly after. He was extremely professional, knowledgable, and performed his job in a timely manner. He then took the time to show me how to use the new opener and all the features of the opener. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any future needs. Excellent products and service!

Gary was very thorough in trouble shooting my garage door which was working on and off. He went above and beyond the required job by replacing a lightbulb in the unit and setting the garage door opener. Hopefully I'll get 3-5 more years out if the motor but if not I would like to request him coming out when I need a replacement. Thank you for excellent service.

You were first when I searched for garage door service. I am pretty sure a co-worker had mentioned Precision. So I called and glad I did. Excellent service. I had springs replaced and total overhaul. Garage door opens and closes smoothly. David was our service repairman. Great job and explained all he did. Will definitely refer Precision to all.

My garage door wheels slipped off the track & the door was hanging by one wheel (over my car) I was very happy that Lorenzo was able to show up a few minutes earlier than expected and took care of my problem quickly. He let me know what he was doing step by step. Thankfully no parts were needed. When he left, it rolled better than when it was new. Very professional and efficient service. Less than 2 hrs and my emergency was a thing of the past. Thank you!

Lorenzo was our Technician and did a great job! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above my expectations by cleaning up our wires, putting in a new light bulb and doing a full diagnosis on the garage door. Garage is smooth now and got that peace of mind with the lifetime warranty.
