Precision Door installed two new automatic door openers for me. The service was excellent and I will always go to Precision Door for any and all future repairs or replacement as I did just recently. My door would not close and a service employee was there promptly and made the adjustment. Excellent service again!

The spring broke in our door on a Saturday. Technician came out same day, diagnosed the issue, made recommendations and fixed the door in 1 hour. Expensive, but I don't think we had a choice.

We recently bought this home, and today our garage door would not go up. My husband called Precision mid morning, and a tech was here at 1:15. The tech checked everything out and discovered the issue right away. He showed me the items needed and I told him to please repair it. He had it done in less than an hour. Called in to have my garage door get its maintenance service. First off the tech Kevin was excellent. I give him 5 Stars. However my disappointment is with your trip charge. That is extremely redicules price wise for what I called in for, tech wasn't even here that long. Plus for being a previous customer who had his garage door repaired by you just 2 years ago and got the lifetime warranty that should have covered the trip charge cost. At that is what I was told when I purchased the lifetime warranty last time out. I'm truly disappointed. Hopefully you can make this right.

Precision Door had replaced my springs on the door and the rollers 3-4 years ago and did a good job. When the opener failed I called them and they were able to replace it without a long wait time others had quoted. When a problem has occurred (all minor) they have been super responsive! I have no problem recommending them.

I used Precision in Tampa for many years and now, I use them in Albuquerque. They replaced my keypad, tightened my springs, and lubed everything. It runs like a new door. The Tech, Tyler Amundson was an expert and quickly finished the whole job and gave me some tips on maintenance that I can do myself. Precision always has experts who are quick & efficient and always courteous. Their prices are always fair. I wouldn't even consider letting anyone else touch my garage door.

I called Precision at 9 am to have a broken garage door opener replaced. By 2 pm, I had a brand new opener installed. Gary clearly explained my options without any hard "sales pitch" and installed the unit in under an hour. The new opener works great, and I can heartily recommend Precision.
