Your technician was prompt and very friendly. He had to force open the door to repair the problem but he took care to minimize the damage and in the end did not have to replace any of the bottom panels to complete the repair. He did all he could to minimize any damage and got us up and running in good time. JOB WELL DONE.

Lorenzo was our Technician and did a great job! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above my expectations by cleaning up our wires, putting in a new light bulb and doing a full diagnosis on the garage door. Garage is smooth now and got that peace of mind with the lifetime warranty.

Garage broke on Sunday. Technician came out that afternoon within a two hour call for service. technician was gary. EXCELLENT SERVICE>>> Fees were reasonable and he did the job within one hour. Springs were broken and Garage was pretty beat up. He fixed it and told me how to maintenance it and gave me some estimates for the future if i wanted to upgrade. great service....

I had a garage door installed a few years ago and had great service at that time, so today I called to have a new opener installed. I was quoted a good price and told that they could have it installed that morning. David called to let me know he was on his way and arrived shortly after. He was extremely professional, knowledgable, and performed his job in a timely manner. He then took the time to show me how to use the new opener and all the features of the opener. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any future needs. Excellent products and service!

Gary was very thorough in trouble shooting my garage door which was working on and off. He went above and beyond the required job by replacing a lightbulb in the unit and setting the garage door opener. Hopefully I'll get 3-5 more years out if the motor but if not I would like to request him coming out when I need a replacement. Thank you for excellent service.

We had our garage doors installed about 3 months ago. Just last week we noticed that the rubber at the bottom of one of the doors had moved laterally and left a gap at the bottom. I called Precision Doors, and they scheduled a visit that same day--problem fixed!! No charge since it was under warranty. Very happy with results.
