Had our garage door spring go out on us Friday night. Saturday morning I called precision garage door. They did a great job fitting us in last minute. They sent out gary that afternoon. He showed up promptly after his call to us. Gary was very professional and knowledgeable with our system. He worked quickly and efficiently. Fast service and couldn't be happier with the job done. The old opener was here when we bought the house and it was mfg. in 2002 so that was pretty good. It was noisy for the last few years but the new opener is very quiet and has more features than the old one and all safety features work as they should. Also got an outside keypad that we didn't have before so that's nice to have if needed and it is still has security features build in. Gary was our tech and nothing but professional and completely capable with the job at hand, fast and did a great install and covered all of the operation and features of the new unit. Learned a long time ago you get what you pay for, especially in New Mexico.

We rate this service 5 Star. We had a broken garage door spring at 2pm and called Precision. They scheduled a repair service tech for between 3 and 5pm that afternoon. Ryan our tech arrived within the hour. Our garage door mechanism and opener were over 20 years old. We asked Ryan if after replacing the springs we could make an appointment to have a new opener installed. He had a new opener already in his truck and called the office to get approval to use it. By 5pm that afternoon we had new garage spring mechanism and a new opener operational. We were provided with excellent, timely and professional service.
