Had a complete overhaul of our 19-year old two-car garage door, which included spring and roller replacement plus reattachment of the cable on one side which had jumped off its spool. Appointment was scheduled for 10am-noon window, but installer Lorenzo had finished a preceding job early and was able to start on my job at about 8:30am. Lorenzo performed the repair professionally and quickly, taking extra time to explain what was done and the recommended future preventative maintenance. He was cordial and made sure all the old parts were picked up and disposed of. Definitely a "five" performance.

After reading reviews I chose Precision for the service. I was surprised they could come out on Saturday on short notice to service the garage door. It needed a lot. Gary, the tech, was right on time. After looking over the project he made a solid recommendation as to what should be done to restore the door system. He explained everything in detail. He took about 1 1/2 hours to do the work and never slowed down. When finished he went over the door again to make sure all was ok. I was impressed with the response and Gary. I would recommend Precision to anyone who wants a quality job done right the first time. Thanks for making my door great again.

Gary arrived quite promptly, phoned beforehand so we could steer him a bit. He was on track! Got us our 2 additional door openers, while checking out our door operation and the motor etc. We were good to go with our openers, and Gary advised on some timing of maintenance and on what exactly we might run into at some point in the future. No problems at this time though. We were done in probably 20ish minutes, and easy does it!!! Thank you, Margie Farber

I purchased a garage door tune-up service through Angie's List after calling Precision Door Service on a Saturday morning. Service was scheduled for that afternoon. Lorenzo, the certified sales technician, was very professional and thorough. During his detailed inspection of the garage door, my husband and I agreed that it would be best to replace the garage door opener, rollers, torsion cables, drums, bearing plates, torsion tube, etc. Lorenzo was able to do that right away. After completing the installation, he inspected everything and showed us how to operate the new opener. He even made sure I could open and close the door manually without any trouble.

The spring on my garage door broke on Saturday evening. I called to make an appointment Sunday morning and was scheduled for that afternoon - he was at my house before the scheduled time, which is great! I was given repair options and the tech explained everything I needed. Repairs were completed in less than an hour. I called on a Sunday 4/30/17 and actually got a real person!! That's the first plus+. Second, I had an appointment scheduled in minutes and got a online confirmation for the next day 5/1/17. My appoint was at 4:00pm but I told the representative to call me if they could get here sooner. The representative (David) called me at 12:00pm and said he could be at my home in a hour if that was ok. he should up when promised, was clean, very professional, reviewed all the work necessary and completed putting on new springs and a control for garage door in less than a hour.... One Very Happy customer here... who would recommend Precision to you all!!
