We rate this service 5 Star. We had a broken garage door spring at 2pm and called Precision. They scheduled a repair service tech for between 3 and 5pm that afternoon. Ryan our tech arrived within the hour. Our garage door mechanism and opener were over 20 years old. We asked Ryan if after replacing the springs we could make an appointment to have a new opener installed. He had a new opener already in his truck and called the office to get approval to use it. By 5pm that afternoon we had new garage spring mechanism and a new opener operational. We were provided with excellent, timely and professional service.

This is our third time using Precision. I called the office at 9:00am and was given a 3:00pm-5:00pm time slot. The technician called early to see if I might be available for an earlier appointment.
